Only difference is old dryer had the vent screen in the bottom of the door opening which was a easy reminder to cclean the screen The new one is a pull out on top of the unit.

Replaced an old set at my new location with Amana of course and was a little disappointed that the dryer only lasted seven years. But I have every confidence in Amana and replaced it with the same model. Also have an Amana gas range and dishwasher in my new home

the lower temperature and bedding that uses the higher heat. All 4 cycles are doing the Job. I recently purchased a new queen mattress topper and the air cycle fluffed it up perfectly. I also like the accessible lint filter on the top of the dryer. Great dryer and great price.

Love the setting choices.

I used her Amana washer and dryer. I was so impressed with the wrinkle guard setting on the dryer . If you can’t get to the clothes right away, it will spin intermittently to keep your clothes from getting wrinkled. The dryer has a large capacity interior to easily handle large loads. Very pleased.

I selected the Amana because of its reputation, its size, the simplicity of controls and the cooling down and wrinkle prevention features. I am pleased with its operation however it does take longer to dry the clothes than the Kenmore did.
