Do NOT buy these and get real headphones
from Maryland, USA
Comments about Beats Audio Beats by Dr. Dre Studio 2.0 Over-the-Ear Headphones -Pink:
-Sound is absolutely awful -Uncomfortable -Overpriced Bottom line. Don't buy these headphones. They aren't meant for the sound. You want to buy them because you think it will make you look cool because you saw your favorite celebrity wearing them. Don't fall into this marketing trap and get real headphones.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Had high hopes but.....
from Miami, FL, USA
My wife just bought these for me a while back. At first it was love at first sight. Great sound, great comfort, average noise cancelling, but good enough for in the office. Then after 3 weeks the left side started making loud cracking sounds. It was so bad that it hurt. I contacted Apple and had it send back since it was still under warranty. My new pair came back working fine. I only use them at work, so basically i wear them 5 days a week for about 6 hours. But all of a sudden after 2 weeks the leather of the right ear-cup is falling apart and exposing the foam padding, right about the inner circle at the area where it seems to be glued together. I was expecting better quality from a big brand like Beats, and this headset (my second one) is only 1 month and a half old. After this experience I don't think I will be going back to Beats. Guys, you let me down. Wish i could get my money back!
Our first impression of the new Studio was mostly positive. The headphones are considerably lighter and more streamlined than before. You won't find any straight lines with this new take, and the material in use feels a lot more flexible and resilient.
Best Purchase Ever Made
I would always make fun of this kid at my school for having these Beats saying stuff like "who spends 300 bucks on a pair of headphones" until i bought my own pair that year. Within the first day of having them i fell in love. I have had them for 2 years now and they are still holding up great and durable. I always give them to my friends and trip them out by turning on and off the noise canceling during class. They are the most comfortable headphones i have ever wore. They are definitely the best purchase i have ever made in my life so far.

Decent sound but bad quality
from Loveland, CO
I bought them and I loved them. The sound is slightly bass heavy but they still sound good. But the fabric on the soft part ripped. I was pretty upset.
Won't hold a charge
from Honolulu, HI
I received my headphones back in December as a gift. When I go to charge it the indicator light say it's fully charged, 2-3 hours later. When I go to plug the headphones in the indicator light turns red and won't allow any sound to come through. I have tried various cables and chargers and come up with the same problem.
these are the best sounding headphones around and they look good too, def recommend
Durablity is low but everything else is great
from Dallas, TX
These beats studios are excellent is sound, comfort, and design but they lack great build quality. Within the first month of usage a hinge used to close the beats wouldnt go down I try different angles and pressure points to close them but they wouldn't. I eventually had to apply extra force to close them, they did. This would happen every once and a while, but after so many times one the hinges have become loose and the headphone wobbles not a huge problem. Then 4 months in the soft leather inside the ear cup started to come off from the outer leather. This inner leather is connected by GLUE. Not like the outside leather that is connect by string the inner is connected by glue and once it starts going to keeps on falling apart and you are able to see the yellow foam inside. This makes it uncomfortable to the ear and muffles sound. For the price tag these headphones are not worth it only because of build quality. I also always have my beats in the hard case whenever I am not using them or open on a table. I have 6 months in total with these beats and I still try to touch them a very few times because the are precious to me.

I had to buy 2 pairs of these beats to make sure it wasn't just a random defect but after 2 hours of using them with a full battery they die. On the website it says 20 hours so I'm a little confused...
