I enjoy playing the game.
Comments about Bethesda Fallout 4 for Xbox One:
I feel the game has even more potential by removing settlement build restriction, incorporating additional armor and clothing from Fallout 3 & NV, the abilities from Skyrim such as motorcycles, cars and vertibirds to maneuver in the same manner as the horses and to build homes that actually remove you from the outside surroundings. Last adding the same sexual content from New Vegas would had at least made it a little more suggestive, even though there are mods that do grant some of these things they block achievements.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Glitch Fest with Minimal Story
My buddy bought this for me when I was away at grad school because he was so in lone with Fallout and wanted me to love it too. It was interesting at first, but then I was hit by glitch after glitch after glitch. Eventually most were patched, but there are still bugs everywhere that can cause the game to stutter or completely crash. I played through the whole thing getting some minor entertainment in the mindless walking around (since I couldn't fast travel for 2/3 of my game). The story was pretty unoriginal, and even now Bethesda is getting hammered for apparently stealing the idea for a recent DLC from a modder. It is painfully obvious that the Brotherhood of Steel story line was cut out for whatever reason. Settlement building is the main focus of many missions and most DLC instead of actually story depth. The companions can add some amusement, but eventually they become irritating and you don't take them with you unless you need a pack mule. I honestly feel the game was better enjoyed without then since you don't need to worry about then liking you or not. In the end, no matter what faction you side with, the end game is all the same. Your choice made ZERO impact. I myself sided with the Institute and still find myself being bossed around by peons in the group when I'm now the man in charge. It is even more infuriating that I can't even make decisions in Far Harbor regarding the synth settlement as the head of the Institute. It is either do it because you're ordered to or ignore that entire mission line. My friends have told me that it's the same with siding with the Railroad and Minutemen (notice no Brotherhood? Yeah you can't side with them end game). Overall, the story was seen coming a mile away. The action was alright. You can obtain a fairly powerful rifle fairly early that makes the rest of the game a piece of cake. My friends said it was because I was on normal mode, but after end game I put it on Hard. I searched out some Deathclaws and still felt like basic battles. I never even found it necessary to change my weapon loadout. From start to finish, I ran the same 3 weapons: a rifle, a pistol, a rocket launcher. I even amassed a stockpile of stimpacks from how little I used them. The season pass so far has been 3 settlement building additions and Far Harbour. As someone said in a review elsewhere: "if I wanted to build settlements, I'd play Minecraft." Everyone has become enamored by "Falloutcraft" that they are completely ignoring the fact that Fallout 4 has next to no story nor worth. The fact that building is the aspect everyone likes most is a testament to how mediocre the game itself was. Far Harbour I felt was a step in the right direction. You get the most story if you use Nick Valentine as a companion. Yet the missions themselves were the same dull ones, with several forcing you to create new settlements. I ended up doing that, then killing the settlers because I don't care for more settlements. They are useless in the big picture (you can argue they give money and supplies but money was 3000 caps perhaps monthly per settlement and supplies are limited unless you mod or glitch more space). And money is related directly with population. Yet the higher the population, the more glitches tend to appear. Far Harbour also ended kinda with a thud. Yeah I learned more about Nick Valentine, but the greater story was just meh. In the end, I'm not impressed with Fallout 4. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl gave me more depth of story in a shorter amount of interactions. I played the new Vault DLC maybe for 10 minutes before putting down the controller and going to YouTube from how boring it was. And yes I had the mod that people say Bethesda stole the idea from. That's why it was so boring. It felt exactly the same. I'm not interested in Nuka World since the game has proven to be dull and not long lived. It has only 1 trick up its sleeve (settlements) and mods don't add any value since all (even purely cosmetic) mods disable achievements. Even my buddy that bought it for me had to admit that Fallout 3 was better story-wise.

Dumbed down features but great graphics
I was really hoping for more skills and features. Although bethesda made an incredibly detailed graphic layout this time.

One of the Best of all Time
Fallout has always been an iconic game with tons and tons of content. Fallout 4 is no different, I've logged days and days of game time and haven't explored the entire map. The customization has been taken to a whole new level and will establish the new standard for the future. Can't wait to see what the DLC has in store. Highly Recommended

Clear your calander...
Great addition to the Fallout line, I had been waiting for this release. Such an expansive world to explore. I have logged 12 days of game time and still haven't completed the main story line, why, because I don't have to and I find so many side things to do. Settlement building is one of the best new features.
