Great Customer Service!!
Comments about Bose - QuietComfort 20i Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones - Warm Gray:
My noise cancelling earbuds quit working at 14 months. Bose has sent me a replacement even though the warranty has expired! These are the best noise cancelling on the market! I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I bought these on a whim from a kiosk at the airport. I own the on ear - and over ear noise canceling headphones - been through several over the last 10 years. My expectation for the QC20 was low - very low.. I was wrong - these in ear noise canceling buds blew me away. If you are looking for quiet - you cannot go wrong. Put them on the head of my 25 year old son.. and he said "wow - better than expected." His ears are 25 years younger than mine. Completely satisfied
I bought this product a couple of months ago and they worked great but then they broke luckily Bose has an amazing costumer service and sent replacements. The Bose customer service is great. I highly recommend these earbuds but the sound quality is not great when you do not have noise canceling on.

Two words: Buy Them!
By music mike
These are absolutely state of the art. I have traveled all over the world with them. They are, bar none, the best in ear, noise cancelling ear phones I have ever used. The comments about these being too expensive just don't take into account how truly outstanding this product is. Very few items live up to the hype. These do.

I cannot hear a thing on the plane with these. yes, they are costly but you get what you pay for. They are not HUGE, massive headphones that go over your head. They are small and yet OVERLY powerful. I highly recommend. Bose has great quality and these do not disappoint. Again, you get what you pay for !!

Powerful relaxation and productivity tool
I have had my earbuds for nearly two years. I use them on flights, working with loud tools, in the car on noisy roads (I have very sensitive hearing and they are very good at blocking low frequency tire howl while allowing you to clearly hear what you need to, including of course approaching emergency vehicles) and of course on phone calls. They are part of my road warrior kit and I don't like to be without them. For me, a middle aged sales guy, they can make the difference between a successful sales call and embarrassment under difficult listening conditions such as in a terminal or fast food restaurant. They also bring sanity to difficult situations such as being stuck near a crying child on the plane. I highly recommend them. However, I would give 5 stars if they were only WIRELESS!
Noise Cancelling Quit Comfort 20i In Ear Headphone
Unfortunately, the box that contained these Apple Ipod compatible (in ear) headphones, did not state in clearly Visible words that this product was not compatible with (volume control) first generation I Pods. Because of the degenerative hearing condition I have, being able to control volume is very important. Also the weight of these phones cause them to fall out of my ears during while in a inclined position. Changing the tips doesn't seem to help when my head is tilted back. This and the lack of volume control, has left me with buyers remorse.

I bought these when they first came out to see how well they would work as the other Bose cancelling headphones are so bulky! I found the sound to be much better and the noise cancelling is phenomenal! Very comfortable for long flights! I would say at this price it should work as a phone headset as well!

Great sound. Bad design, crazy expensive.
I purchased these a year back and I will say that the sound is excellent and the buds are extremly comfortable, however these have two significant design flaws. The first is the noise cancelling block on the bottom of the headset is relatively heavy so it causes the cable to crack where it enters the plug. The second and more irritating issue is the fact that the plug seems to become loose from the phone as a result of the weight of the noise cancelling box and constantly falls out of the connector on the phone. This is a significant issue on the iPhone with the heatset jack at the bottom of the phone. I would not purchase again until they resolve the design issues.
Great noise cancellation
The good: The noise cancellation astonished me the first time I used it. I was on an airplane and while I could still hear the jet engines, they were reduced to more of a loud hum than the usual roar. I'd periodically think to myself, "oh, this isn't doing anything, is it?" and I'd turn them off and, bam, there it was again, those engines. They work surprisingly well in places like hotel lobbies and cafes where you might want to work while travelling. And the earpiece design is very good, and about as comfortable as you could get, given that they are sitting in your ear. My advice: buy a recording or an app that plays the sound of rain, the ocean, or a waterfall and you have an unbeatable combination for relaxing at home or on a plane. The not-quite-as-good: The battery isn't replaceable, so you can't bring extras for a long flight or a long day at the hotel lobby "office". The case, while pleasing to the touch, is just small enough that you have to be careful lest it bend that worrisome little connection between the battery and the cord. All in all, they were worth the price. I have recommended them often to friends. But, Bose, if you're listening, for the 2.0 version, please: AAA batteries, a case that's just a centimetre or 2 larger, a more solid-feeling cord connection to the battery case, and a visual indicator when the mute/listen feature is on -- for the flight attendant's sake, so he/she knows you're listening -- and you'll go from great to amazing. I'll take my product consulting fee in the form of a pair or 2 :)
