Buy two, you will ALWAYS be sending one back

Comments about Bose SoundSport in-ear headphones - Neon Blue (Apple Controller):
This will be the 6th pair I've owned in 4+ years. 7th one you include the ones I just returned under warranty. Purchased in July 2016. Six weeks later, the controls stopped working. This is a known problem with these headphones. See other reviews and Bose official website. Returned under warranty, Bose paid for shipping, received new pair on 08/29/2016 and one week later volume controls stopped working again and volume will go up and down without touching the controls. Either the volume controls will stop working, the volume will change without you touching the headphones, the music will advance to next song, a headphone will stop working or static, or all the controls will stop working within 4 to 5 months. All 6 have had a 100% failure rating. Buy two because you will always be sending one back under warranty, and in the 2 weeks it takes to get a new pair back you will have the second pair in reserve. If I could find another pair that fit this well and sound this good - I would buy.

Lasted less than 4 hours
I got these as a gift yesterday. I tried them on and was excited they seemed to stay in my ear and the sound was great. I went for a very short run, less than 30 minutes, and they continued to stay in my ear without budging at all. After getting back to my house I finished listening to my podcast and started noticing some static in the left ear. I figured it was just a poor connection and didn't worry about it. As I listen this morning, there is now static in both ears and the headphones keep turning the volume on my phone all the way up. I expect a lot from Bose and these are very, very underwhelming.

Fantastic customer service!
My headphones stopped playing sound out of the right ear and I placed a call to customer service to see if they could help. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and said they would replace them free of charge. Great headphones and great customer service!
Excellent sound quality!
I bought these a few months a go and I am very please with them over all. The sound quality is fantastic and I really appreciate that they resist sweat and water. However, they do begin to hurt my ears after about thirty minutes of wearing them. I accept that there are no perfect headphones, but I am very happy these will last a long time and the price went down, making them a very reasonable purchase.
Sad last couple of days
I loved these headphones researched them for a few months. Bought them less than a year ago, take care of them never bend the wire or just toss them in my gym bag. Now they go in and out as if I bent them hard before the jack which I have never done... Bummed out..
Latest sound sport wire quality and mic is a mess
I recently got a pair of this sound sport where I am a big fan of Bose due to its lite weight and sound quality, my big concern is its wire quality and micro phone, since a week I have dropped so many calls due to the people can't hear what I am talking initially I thought it's my phone problem, but later I verified it's with micro phone problem which is very new head set, Bose really need to take care of this issues.
Soundsport in-ear volume controls stopped working
I just bought these SoundSport green headphone couple of months ago; and the controls are not working anymore; All of a sudden; I can't change the song while running and now I have to take my phone out. This is the second time I had an issue with bose headphones; some issue; just a bad experience

Best earphone for being active
I bought my first pair years ago because I couldn't keep other earphones in my ears while I ran. Not only do these stay put but the sound quality is excellent. Other products were not comfortable in my ears. I use them almost everyday and my first pair finally wore out after years of hard use. I went and purchased a new pair of SoundSports. I love the inline mic and being able to change tracks without using my phone. I highly recommend them. My next purchase will be the wireless set.

Terrible cheep headphones
I bought these headphones about a month ago and the right headphone just stopped working one day. The quality of the sound is great but the quality of the actual headphones are terrible. I can't believe I wasted my money on these.

Poor jack design.
I have bought 7 pairs of these, each time to correct for a damaged jack/plug. Sound is great and functionality is fine. But using it with an iPhone and living daily life it is far too easy to damage the jack on them. The IE2 design used an angled jack which has been abandoned on the SoundSport line. I had many pairs of IE2 and never had similar issues. I cant hold Bose responsible when I bang it and break the jack. But the design choices here leave it too susceptible to damage in my opinion. Cant keep spending this much on a headset to have it only last till the next time I bump the connectors. Back to apple headphones I guess.
