The Oklahoma Joe Highland Offset Charcoal Smoker combines 2 separate grilling chambers to create multiple heating and cooking options. For a traditional taste, you can charcoal grill your meals on top of the huge 619 sq. in. cast iron grates in the primary chamber or turn ordinary BBQ into a smoky food lover’s dream by adding charcoal or flavored wood chips to the side smoker box. A small hole connects the 2 chambers so you can indirectly heat and smoke your meal while adding unique flavors.
The Oklahoma Joe’s Highland Smoker features a multiple damper/ smokestack system so you can control how much heat and smoke stay inside the chamber, and the built-in thermometer will let you know when you reach the optimal smoking temperature for mouth-watering results. The smoker box features a side clean-out door for simple clean up and fire-tending without having to open the primary chamber’s lid.

Q:Is the stack actually on the left side? I bought one for my husband for Christmas and the picture was on the left but the stack was on the right. Not what he wanted...
A:Yes the stack is actually on the left when facing the grill and fire box is on the right.

Q:Is it necessary to, Season your grill before use??
A:Yes! I bought this and the paint around the fire box pealed and the company was great and sent a replacement but said it was because I did not season it. I believe coating the inside with olive oil and running through some fire wood before use is recommended!
A:It is recommend seasoning the inside walls and internal parts of the charcoal smokers before using them for the first time. Lighting a charcoal fire and letting it go until it burns out is a good idea for the initial seasoning
