Comments about Friedrich 16' x 16' Room Size Air Purifier:

I have pets and this product gets rid of pet hair and dander effectively. It also runs quietly which I truly appreciate because no one wants a product that is noisy. It fits in with any décor and is an attractive unit.

    Service and delivery comments:

The delivery process was a huge let down. I received the product four days after the promised delivery date because of an "incomplete" or "inaccurate" address on the shipping label. Because my apartment number was either omitted altogether or deemed incomplete because the apartment number was not followed by a letter (e.g., 4B), the delivery was delayed for four days. I actually had to call the merchant to clarify the issue. How hard would it have been for a clerk to have proofed the mailing label before affixing it to my package? This is basic, folks. Very careless!!!
