We had this since April 1st and no problems. No issues or concerns, it just works. Does have many options.

I had this unit that came with a newly built home I purchased. I opted to not buy an extended warranty, and wouldn't you know it 3 months after the factory warranty ended the circuit board popped and died. I bought a replacement (with extended warranty this time) as I wanted it to match the other appliances and did like the unit. I'd recommend getting the extended warranty just to be safe.

Bought this microwave 2-3 mos. ago and find it works well. I cannot imagine, however, that it has a button for tater tots...what has become of our eating habits. Also, my former old microwave just needed to push a botton for the variety of heat levels, th;is one is much more difficult by having to wait until the sensor gets to the number you are after.
