Comments about Frigidaire 10,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner:

The Air Conditioner itself works well, easy to direct the air flow. However, the high-pitched chirping noise can be heard two rooms away. Do NOT put this in a bedroom or buy if you are noise-sensitive.

Comments about Frigidaire 10,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner:

As far as I know, Frigidaire is the only A/C brand at this time that offers models with a built-in ionizer to help remove dust and pollen from the air.

This model has the ionizer plus a neat temperature sensor built into the remote, enabling you to attain the room temperature you want right where you're sitting or sleeping.

My only beef -- and it's minor -- is the fan could be a little quieter at high speed. The machine also seems to blow more air to the left than the right, making it hard to set a wide dispersion pattern.

Given the wealth of features and the exceptional efficiency of the machine, however, I still give it a double thumbs up.
