Comments about Homedics Total Back + Shoulder Massage Cushion:

I've been looking for chair massager for some time due to a muscle problem from sitting in front of the computer. This product has loosened up my muscles, although it's not the same as a real massage. However, for the price you pay, this is a fair and good product and works for me.

I put the product on a convertible sofa so I can prop my legs up while I use the chair which is helpful for adjusting pressure and the positioning. The heat option is soothing and relaxing, and I recommend using it (although it can get a little hot), but nothing a towel or a thicker sweater can't fix. The kneading option is great for the shoulder blade to mid-lower back region target area and the rolling option was great for an overall massage from neck to lower back. The massage rollers can sometimes feel too hard after using it for over 45 minutes on a target area and can feel as if your nerves are pinched (which is probably not a good thing), but for a < 30 minute massage, it does the work.

Like others who have mentioned this, the fact that it stops after every 15 minutes is not ideal (i would prefer 20 minutes), but it's not a big deal to restart it again.
