Nothing good to say
This machine has enough design flaws to sink any product line and service requires huge amounts of money
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I have one of these machines for about 4 years now. About every other month I have to go in and remove the condenser and clean the lint out of it to keep the dryer working. I have gotten good at it and it takes about 1 hour. The unit does not have a lint screen and it is just poor design. Imagine a regular dryer without a lint screen. Well this system just doesn't have a way to handle lint and eventually the dryer airflow is not enough and the system throws a code 13. I only keep the machine because it fits my space and every other part of the machine has held up to daily use.
Great for my situation
Bought my first home but no washer dryer hookups so the sellers included this in the sale to meet in the middle. Has my doubts after reading several reviews but after properly hooking up to separate hot and cold connections and using for the first time i am very impressed. If you use it correct and do not overload the drum it works great yes the dryer takes longer but still it's freaking awesom that's it's both! So far I love it and it will get me by until I can afford a normal setup.
Good product but a few issues
from Louisville, KY
I purchased this machine about a year and a half ago. had a few issues with it not drying to well but that was because I overfilled it. It handles washing very good but drying it takes about 2 hours. The machine can wash and dry 2 large towels, washing and drying 3 large towels you would have to hang dry them. I have had issues with the door lock not locking and have had to wiggle the door to get the switch to work to have the machine lock but other than that no other issues. In my words it is a decent machine for the price.

I have read all the recommendations. I have conclude that some people just don't get it. I love the way it operates. the time cycle ,washing and drying is OK as I am not going any where. We can do housework watch TV and anything else. Great product so far.

It works really well to clean small loads. The drying is process is what you can expect from a ventless machine. Items come out a slightly damp still but air dry fairly quickly.
high quality machine, very long dry cycle
from Brooklyn, NY
This washer/dryer combination machine works great- especially the washer. It's perfect for my apartment since the dryer is ventless and the voltage works with my standard electric outlets. The washing machine is excellent, the dryer takes 3-4 hours and I still need to let the clothes hang dry for a few hours afterward. Despite the slow dry cycle, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

we load the washer/dryer combo per the installation and operation manual. that being said, the clothes are cleaned but they are not dry!!! very frustrating. concept is great, but concept is only as good as performance...i'm not happy haier.

Good price and size for single person
from Bronx, NY, USA
I bought this for my one bedroom apartment. It is small and well designed. Washer does a good job but the dryer doesn't work that well. 3 hours of drying doesn't make the clothes completely dried. use for small load only.
