Comments about Hotpoint 3.7 Cu. Ft. Top Loading Washer - White:

Our washer died unexpectedly. I bought this one because the sales person told me it was a GE washer without the GE price tag. Wrong. You can not move the clothes into the dryer without redoing the spin cycle at least once but usually two times to get the water and suds out of the machine! The clothes are in 3 inches of dirty sudsy water after the 1st cycle is complete. Also, the dirt from the clothes accumulates in the bottom and sides of the basin. It is the most useless applicance I have ever purchased! It is being returned. After we bought it we read the Consumer Report reviews on it and they reported my exact issues! I don't know why this machine is even allowed to be sold and/or why a salesperson would recommend it to anyone! TERRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE!!
