Comfortable, but Terrible Sound Quality

Don't know if mine are defective or all of them are, but the headphones can't maintain a connection, lots of crackling, sound going out from one or both of the earbuds constantly. The fit is comfortable enough, but what's the use of that when you can't listen to anything? Will be returning.

So I've had these for a few weeks now... I can't say they are my favorite earphones. Compared to the Klipsche that I had for the past year, they aren't even close to being as good! I'm a huge JBL fan so this was a big disappointment. They do not stay in my ear while weight training yet they are supposed to be designed for a snug fit when running??? If you move wrong they get staticky. I guess if you are sitting still and they stay in place the sound is decent.

Bought two pair because I already have a pair of JBLs, which are awesome. These new ones are REALLY bassy, and that little rubber thing that attaches to your ear is a pain, so I cut it off. Not as good as my old pair, and twice as expensive. Just wish the new ones had a way to remove the ugly rubber ear holder thing and replace it with a normal ear tip. I only give these new ones a two star because of this.
Ear Buds pop off, totally stopped wrking after 1yr

I initially liked these earphones because the sound was good. I then started noticing that whenever I took them out the earbuds would pop off. I was able to find a few in the car but lost many in the gym under equipment. I was just searching for replacement earbuds when it stopped working altogether. Very disappointing considering how much I paid.
2 years with JBL

It stayed with me for 2 years and the sound is still good even better after 1 year I listened.Guess what, it's not sweat proof but it could bear heavy rains and still working good, the fit is perfect for my ear and it doesn't fall out (I don't know about others). The balance is better, bass is deeper with the mild treble, I just have to listen with 60% volume (80% at fist days).In the past, i broke the adjusted cable and curved the jack by accident but the rest is still working fine (Volume control, music control, microphone). I'm going to buy the S200I tomorrow and hopefully it good like this one P/s:I'm an EDM music addictor.

I bought these a couple months back and from the beginning the mic would randomly stop working and there was always a weird crackling noise in the background then one day the right earbud stopped working then a couple days ago the other one did too so I have to use the super short normal pair which is too short to do anything with plus i lost the tip the other because they fall off too easily. Not what I expected from JBL
Stop Working Very Quickly

I loved these headphones when I first got the about 1.5 yrs ago, but since then have had to send them back 3 times. The sound cuts out after a while and the buttons on the remote stop working. I just received a replacement pair about 2 months ago and the new ones have already broken. The extension cable seems to cause a lot of the issues. They work fine if I connect the cable directly to my phone, but the cable is so short my that I have to hold the phone in my hand. I will say the customer service is very good and they have replaced them for me each time. My husband has the wireless version of these and he has also had to send his back twice because they stopped working as well. With that being said, I am getting very tired of this and will be looking into other brands.

There are many great features about this product the extra long reflective cord, the sounds quality is about what you would expect for this price point - it's pretty darn good. Best part is it works as advertised these buds stay in your ear regardless of the activities I have used them for with my tri training. The major downside is the in cord volume and on/off control is way too sensitive and shuts off if bounced even just a bit - the clip helps but takes some getting used to. JBL - the amount of packaging that this product came with was obscene! Shame on you - if all you products are packaged in this manner that alone would prevent my ordering again even though though I mostly like the product
