New 30” glass cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burners heat quickly. I’ve only had this a few days and like it so far. Fingerprints and smudges show so am always polishing. Would have been nice to have received the special cleaner and scraper.

Electric Downdraft Stovetop Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 30 year old GE electric downdraft stovetop with two removable cartridges, that needed replacement as one of the burners stopped working. This JennAir was a near perfect fit replacement. Technology has improved over time. This stovetop boils water much faster than what we are used to. The burners are also easier to control. It still looks brand-new, but we do worry about scratching it, a concern we didn't have with the old unit. So far, so good. It looks like we've modernized the entire kitchen with this stovetop. It's a beautiful stovetop.

Just ehat we wanted

It's a beautiful piece of art!

The old one was working perfectly, but it was accidently broken by a workman walking on the countertop. The new replacement is beautiful and cooks great. Hopefully I won't have to replace it any time soon, but if I do it will be another Jenn-Air.

I am waiting for my 4th unit. If they would package better (much better) these kind of customer frustrations are not necessary. Product should arrive in pristine condition cause it ain’t cheap.

Jenn Air Cook top updated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed a few months ago, and have used it some, not every day. The heat seems to be distributed more evenly than with my 20 year old previous model. I am still learning about the heat settings and what works for different recipes, it is different than my old model. One recipe took forever to cook, and I think I didn't have the setting high enough. Overall, I love the look of this new model in my updated kitchen, very sleek and beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had great experience with Jenn-Air products and this one does not disappoint! It looks beautiful, and the downdraft is fantastic; surprisingly powerful. In terms of cleaning, if you have experience with glass cooktops, you know that patience and using the correct cleaning products is the key. Also, use the correct pots to avoid scratching. We replaced a still functioning 22 year old Jenn-Air cooktop with this one, and even the old one still looked great. I highly recommend this product!

High tech and friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lived my old JennAir cook top and was pleased to be able to buy a replacement for it. It fit perfectly in the old space and hooked up to the exhaust system so we didn't have to worry about tearing up floors and out beautiful patio. I was intimidated at first, so much more elegant! It cooks perfectly, has a really strong exhaust, a d the knobs are now intuitive. The old version's knows had melt marks from big pots getting too close when they were hot. The new ones are shiny stainless steel.

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Jenn-Air cooktop with this newer model, and I must say I prefer it over my old one. The downdraft is stronger, which eliminates odors more quickly. The only complaint I have is the cleaning of the actual cooktop, it smears with just a touch and I have to constantly clean it.
