I Love my Keurig, It is starting to bite the dust, she makes gurgling noises like it hard to do this job. lol ,but I will continue to use her till she is gone. I only use filtered water in her.I am going to buy the K55 in RED next time to match my kitchen accessories..
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We Loved Our Keurig
from Rosamond, Calif, United States
We absolutely loved our Keurig, and used it every day, and tthe k-cups make delicious coffee!!Since then The Keurig gave up, and bit the dust, and my husband just passed away, this last April 12th, and I can't afford to buy another one, I am on a fixed income, because I've been a disabled lady, since 1979.Now I have to drink regular coffee, and I miss the Keurig so very much.We always used bottled distilled water, because in this town that we both live in until my husband passed away, has very bad water. Now I live by myself, and still use bottled water but I sure do wish the Keurig was here, so I could have some delicious coffee every morning!!!
What do U give someone that doesn't drink coffee??
from Mishawaka, IN, United States
Apparently, you get one of these. Oh well, make the most of it. The sample K-cups sit in a drawer waiting for guests, or until shelf life expires. K-cups for tea/cocoa are useless for me, since the smallest mug I have is 16 oz (biggest is 44, and just fits with the drip pan removed), and the biggest serving I can make is 10, and it's weak. Easy solution, though. Put the tea bag or cocoa in the mug, go through as many cycles as needed to fill the mug, stir cocoa to mix or allow tea to steep. Kludgy, but it git's 'er done. It *is* faster than boiling water on the stove (the only reason I keep it around), and it's nice looking, but I'm not the guy this appliance was designed for, and that's not Keurig's fault. Would like it to heat closer to boiling than it does, but that's just me. As for a recommendation, it's this: if you don't drink coffee, a $5 tea pot from Wally World will save a lot of money. If you get one as a gift like I did, it's just useful enough to avoid a trip to the Salvation Army donation bin.

Excellent customer service!
This is my 2nd Keurig, my 7 year old finally had to be put out to pasture, and it is kinda the best thing around. So quick and tasty in the mornings. I am not the best morning person so it's nice to only have to push 2 buttons to get my day started with caffeine. I did have a small issue with the resivoir leaking and customer service sent me a new one straight away, no questions asked. Keurig all the way for this girl!

I brought this machine because it's so much easier to make one cup then making a hole pot and duping it down the drain...
