Can't hear over the noise!
from Kirkland, WA, United States
Although this microwave looks great you won't want to ever turn it on. Every time, no matter what setting or cook method you use, the exhaust fan will run - and it's LOUD! We have a great-room open floor plan and I can no longer listen to the news when I'm cooking dinner. We have to crank the volume on the TV anytime we use the microwave. I had read the reviews about it being loud but did not realize it was every time the machine was turned on even to microwave. My old microwave just had a slight hum. I am so disappointed that I did not buy it from a big box store where I could have returned it. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We like the Microvave we purchased. The question I have is it normal for steam to build up even if the fan is on?
trouble setting power and time
from Detroit, MI, United States
This microwave was installed two weeks ago and the only way I could use it was full power by setting time. I could not figure out how to change power level as it was not in manual. It took a service call to show me that it was not broken and even this person could not figure it out for awhile, nor could technical service when I called in for help. Why would you not give the basics with photos of keyboard in a manual? I went online as suggested to find a more complete manual . There are none. I have a Masters and my husband his PHD but this appliance is frustrating.

Convection Auto Bake Woo Hoo
By Matthew A F Baker

The autobake rotating convection feature of this oven is amazing. Prep time is 10 minutes, including cleanup, to bake a perfect angel food cake every time. Hit Convect Bake. Select Auto. Select Angel Food Cake. Make a cake mix (amend with 1 cup coconut, YUM), it comes out PERFECT every time. Amazing. Same with brownies, biscuits, muffins.... need to try pies next!
Auto Convection Baking is Fast, Fun, Easy... and Cakes are Perfect!
I love this oven. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The auto convection bake feature is amazing. Take a Duncan Hines Angel Food cake mix, add 1 cup of coconut, let the oven do its auto bake magic, and a beautiful, toasted coconut crusted, moist cake comes out in 25 minutes. It is magic. Brownies, muffins, biscuits.... YUM.
Complicated foggy but gets the job done
from Philly suburbs
The functions for other than microwaving are complicated and cumbersome. Also why does it fog up so much?
