Little Used so far

By beach cube

Comments about KitchenAid Kitchen-Aid 18.67 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

This refrigerator purchased for a summer home and has had very little use so far. Extra parts for the ice maker made installation instructions confusing. Ice bin for the ice maker is difficult to access from the freezer. Suggest a longer bin that opens with the front of the freezer drawer for easy access to ice "cubes". Ask for another review next year.

Great storage and love the size of the freezer!

By MRam18

Comments about KitchenAid Kitchen-Aid 18.67 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

I love how the storage is laid out and also the size and capacity of the freezer. I am a wee bit concerned about the quality of the plastic used in the construction of the drawers (also they are not exceptionally deep) but time will tell as to the durability of them.

Comments about KitchenAid Kitchen-Aid 18.67 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

It has a lot of space instead. Lots of room for tall items. really love the tray under the crispers it is great for small containers cheeses, deli meats, my husbands chocolate bars etc. The butter tray could be smaller and a tiny tray beside it would be awesome.

Poor Design

By jackboy

from Denver, CO, United States

Comments about KitchenAid Kitchen-Aid 18.67 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

I purchased a previous model of this refrigerator and the circulating fan has failed. I owned it for about 5 years which seems to be the normal life span for the fan's motor per the repair service. Since it failed on a Saturday and the repair service did not come until Monday afternoon, a great deal of food was lost. I've never had a refrigerator "fail" during it's expected normal life span.
