      I don't love it.

Comments about Kitchen-Aid 19.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

I was excited to get this refrigerator, but I'm not that impressed. Even though the shelves adjust, there isn't much space between them for taller items. There is door space for some taller items, but it can fill up quickly. If you don't utilize the produce and deli drawer, you lose space quickly. My major complaint about this fridge, is that the ice dispenser shoots ice to the sides of your glass causing ice to fall on the floor every time. It's quite annoying. I had a side by side prior to this purchase and wish I had gotten another side by side.

Comments about Kitchen-Aid 19.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

Fits the space in our kitchen. Not many options. Ice maker is the most frustrating feature. Not a lot of ice available at one time. When dispensing, hard to gage when it will stop, so shoots out everywhere. Anyone who uses always ends up picking up cubes from the floor. Will sometimes get a cube stuck in the interior and quit producing ice.

      Very small ice maker

Comments about Kitchen-Aid 19.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

I'm not impressed with this fridge. The ice maker is very small and when the ice drops it's very loud. We were told it was smudge proof but it's not. Takes a lot of work to get smudges off.

Ok fridge. Not great. Makes a lot of noise that can be heard rooms away at night - hard to describe kind of a high pitched sound. Very SMALL ice maker - not good for dinner parties. Good door space. Would not buy this one again.

Refrigerator temperature fluctuates, occasionally freezing water bottles on door and eggs. Ice maker quite making ice a week ago. Earliest service appointment is a week away.

      fridge portion is cumbersome

Comments about Kitchen-Aid 19.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

I have had this refrigerator for about 2-3 months. I find the fridge to be a nuisance. Both doors need to be open to take anything out or put anything in the fridge.

      Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

      By BobT

Comments about Kitchen-Aid 19.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel:

Purchased in December 2013. The interior space has many compartments but does not work for us. Things either do not fit the compartment or are to tall for limited shelf space. Things get stacked in order to utilize the limited space we have but then make one hand extraction impossible. Looks great but we made a wrong choice for our family. We kept an older refrigerator and now keep it in the garage to hold what we need at hand.
