I love this machine! It's been my 3rd Kitchen Aid and it is so quiet you don't even know it's on. Dishes come out really clean. It's a keeper.

Very versatile for loading. Cleans well and is insanely quiet while washing dishes. I really like the sorting grid on the silverware basket, now the better half and kids can not nest the spoons together anymore. It seems to hold more dishes than my old dishwasher.

We purchased this model about a month ago and immediately noticed a huge difference in the cleanliness of our dishes. It is also very quiet and easy to use.
Great job cleaning!

I bought 2 of these a month ago and I am really enjoying having super clean dishes. My glasses no longer have any food residue at all on them, everything is super clean. At the end of the cycle, whether I use heated dry or skip the heated dry option, they are really hot. Unexpected downside, the cycles take nearly 4 hours from start to finish (and then you have to wait until they cool down) so definitely run this at the end of the day if you don't need them until the next day. My old KitchenAid took 1 1/2 hrs so this will take getting used to. I like the 4hr delay, so I can load the machine and set that, then do the bathtime/bedtime routine with the 6 kids without interfering with hot water for all the showers. Its pretty quiet too, we're sometimes not sure its running unless we put our heads near it. I like the easy to remove food trap so you can monthly clean out the disposer easily. If the retailer doesn't recommend it, make sure you buy the standard water line kit that it needs to install it, which you can buy much cheaper when you buy the machine than having the installer charge you a marked up price for the same thing he carries on his truck. Overall I give this 4 stars, my only grumble is the long time to clean the dishes, and the not removable and all standard set tines, but its worth the wait.
