I bought for x-mas but was damaged before they got it in the house.so we waited five more weeks and got it. and we love it.

I've been using this stove about 2 months. I love the double oven. Being able to bake and cake and a skillet of cornbread at the same time is wonderful. Love the touch panel, no knobs to deal with. One of my favorite things about this stove is there are several settings for each burner. You do have to give the smooth top a little extra care but it's well worth it. This stove is really pretty and is a very nice addition to any kitchen.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
We bought our range last fall and just love it.

We bought the double oven range last fall and absolutely love it. The small oven heats up quickly and is great for small meals or baking. The large oven is great when I'm cooking for a larger group. The cook top is so easy to clean .
We purchased the KitchenAid 5-Element Electric Freestanding Double Oven Range three months ago. Overall, we are very happy with it. We enjoy having the double oven and being able to use them simultaneously. The only complaint about the oven is that is seems that the upper oven does not brown evenly when baking. The boost on the stove top burner is a great feature. It heats up very quickly. We like having both of the larger burners at the front of the stovetop. The large burner with the three burner sizes is also a great feature. The only complaint with the stovetop is that the back burners take a long time to heat up and never seem to get as hot at the front ones. Nonethelesss, we are happy with this appliance.
This product is GREAT!!!

Enjoying the many features
Great product, easy to use, double oven come in handy for the holidays
This KitchenAid double oven range is easy to clean and cooks at the correct temperatures.

The KitchenAid Architect II Series double oven range fits the bill to have two ovens plus range in a limited space. The cooktop surface cleans easily and heats up quickly. The double ovens have acurate baking temperatures. The self clean feature for both ovens is good.
I would not purchase another solid black top. It should be grayblack. Easier to clean. Also the oven preheats are very lengthy.

I recently had a GE with double ovens. It heated two as fast. So far, the convection oven is no faster than the regular oven. Very dissatisfied with the product in whole.
Design needs some work/

While the double oven concept is a good idea, there are definitely concessions that one needs to make to use it. First of all, my casserole dishes with a lid containing a 'knob' or 'handle' will not fit in the top oven. The top oven is where I would normally put a single casserole, but it doesn't work when using a lid. I have yet to use the appliance for a large meal such as for Thanksgiving or Christmas, but I certainly hope the bottom oven will accommodate the turkey. Some double oven designs will not! I also was disappointed that the back where the dials are is taller than my old stove. I used to put my salt and pepper grinders there where they were handy, but they no longer fit there.
