I love my new electric range. It works great, an love the size of the burners. It's super easy to clean and it is very pretty.

We have six months under our belt with this oven and our experience has been great. We notice that baking is much more even than in our previous oven. The oven space is also much larger which is very nice.

After 31 years with our previous oven, we replaced it with this model in a complete kitchen renewal. Very satisfied with all aspects of this range, although getting used to convection cooking is taking getting used to. But all the features are helpful and very much appreciate the ease of operation

I appreciate what upgrading my old appliance with this model did for me. It cooks things on the stovetop so much faster and more evenly. I like the versatility of the oven and the way it distributed heat to all of the racks. I cooked multiple things on each rack and everything was done on time.

We bought this range with other kitchen appliances. Not real impressed with a few things about this range. The "self cleaning" using only water and steam doesn't work well at all. The steam may release the grease but by the time it cools, the grease has adheared to the sides and racks. Not a very good feature and really should be evaluated. Secondly the top of this range is VERY difficult to clean. Even with the prescribed cleaner and following the instructions it takes a lot of time to get the surface clean. Thirdly, the transition to convection is not easily done. Not sure if we made the right decision on this range!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This is a replacement stove because the first purchase was repaired 6 times in 11 months.

I find that it takes forever for the oven to preheat to 350, so I am sure to turn it on at least 1/2 hr prior to my needing it. I also find that it takes 20-25 min for a large pot of water to come to a boil to cook pasta etc., even if I use "boost". The glass top is very hard to keep looking perfect even though I bought all the suggested cleaning products from Kitchenaid and I clean it after every use. The convection oven is a nice feature and does a nice baking job.

I bought this oven after having a non convection oven I bake a lot and was looking for a professional oven with bread proofing that is not a common feature I just love this oven it is baking evenly and I can bake cake bread together at the same time and both turns out perfect Highly recommended for those who bake often at home and look for more than the standard oven
I bought this and I am very pleased with the product.
