Beautify and functional
from Alexandria, Virginia
This stovetop is beautiful, easy to clean and provides steady, even heating. I love how quickly I can boil a pot of water and how evenly I can brown and fully cook fish without burning it. The different size burners provide plenty of options for cooking the perfect meal. The unit also comes apart very easily in manageable pieces that make it easy to clean.

This stove top has a flawed design. The flames merely reach the top grates and takes too long to cook anything. We cook almost every day we find this cook top to be so inefficient. I will not recommend this product to anyone. This product came with my new home and I am totally dissatisfied.

It's an awesome gas range. Almost like a chefs kitchen with this product. So glad we ended up getting this.
I love the center burner.

It has been great. The flames on the burner are so full. Easy to clean. Very roomy.

This might be a "qualified " review. Since the controls are not removable clean-up tends to be fairly tedious.

We're very happy with the cook top. Easy to use and clean. We were not happy with customer service. Soon after installation a part pf the grill broke off. Service person on the phone was very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Her supervisor was howevet very helpful. Bad since we do love the cook top.

Not so sure.....design flaw??

I purchased this 36" gas model almost a year ago. I have brought up to KA about the un-level right sided grate. My eggs do not cook level and run toward the front of the pan. I use Calphalon pans, so it is not the quality in them. I have had a repair company out and they have noticed the problem and contacted KA for new grates. KA has sent them, but they are the same exact design - not level! My repair company has tried to have KA do something like make a new mold. I called KA again today. They are sorry.......but I wanted quality and put all Kitchen Aid products in my kitchen......all others are great, just not this one.
Quality Cook Top

We replaced our 25 year old Kitchen Aid cook top with a new up-dated Kitchen Aid cook top. The old one still worked fine however we just wanted to up-date. Very well pleased with the new cook top.
Rust and gap between burner and griddle
from Cary, nc
I am seeing lot of rusty pacthes. Also it takes longer to cook because of the large gap between burner and griddle. We didn't have this problem with the previous kitchenaid cook top.
