Love the gas range!

We love the two grate system on the top. The oven is nice and wide and deep so it accommodates most of my pans, and I like the convection option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new gas range 6 weeks ago. Having a manual that comes with it would be very helpful. This is my first convection oven. Others I have been around, you can hear the fan. I guess with the new ones, they are very quiet. A note about how quiet they are in the manual would have been helpful! Also, why aren't the ovens calibrated before they leave the factory? We didn't know how to calibrate it bc no information is sent with the range. Other than those 2 things, I think it will be a fine unit. I would have given four 1/2 stars if possible

Also the buttons work somewhat differently. It took longer than I thought it should to burn off the oven coating and I am still smelling some of that chemical smell when baking.
Overall it is a great appliance. I expect it will provide service for a long time.

High-End Affluent Range, Highly Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend the KitchenAid 5-Burner Gas Range. It is so beautiful and really just makes a statement in my kitchen. It's high-end design and look are very lavish. I purchase the appliances at Art Noey Maytag in Saginaw Township, Michigan. The range works wonderfully and this is my first convection oven. I love how it cooks. I purchased this for many reasons but I really wanted a stainless steel top, not black or white, like most stoves. I use a product called Magic to clean the stainless steel. I would say the preheat option takes a little longer to heat up than my prior stove but that does not bother me at all. I made Christmas dinner ham and it turned out great. I have made baked ziti, chicken wings, baked chicken, pot pie, garlic bread, baked fish and much more since I purchased the stove. The broiler works great too. Overall I love this stove. I have decided to name her Stella and purchased a beautiful noodle board to protect her when not in use. I am so very happy to get this upgrade to my kitchen. I also purchased the matching microwave and it is fantastic. The matching set makes me feel so grateful that I was able to afford these appliances. I have never in my life had such nice appliances and have always had to buy the most affordable basic models. Finally I saved enough and it was so worth it. I love my Stella stove and recommend Art Noey Maytag store and this range to everyone!❤️

GREAT IMPROVEMENT ON SAMSUNG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new Kitchen Aid range. We replaced a Samsung we had for only 4 years. I have truly NEVER had such a horrible appliance. We paid almost as much in repairs as we paid for the Samsung when we bought it. Always had problems with the igniter (?) for the oven failing, and, of course, never at an opportune time. The Kitchen Aid is far superior in design. The heat is even and doesn't fluctuate on convection. The only thing I do think could be improved is the stovetop design. The Samsung had an oval burner in the center which allowed large roasting pans to be used without getting "hot spots"; e. g. making gravy at Thanksgiving. Yours has a small round burner which does not distribute heat evenly. Also, the two grates on the stovetop are quite heavy and my old stove had three which were easier to manage. I also love the three racks in the oven, rather than just two, and the fact that they are much easier to slide in and out.
