Just purchased and works well so far.
Cooling fan replaced within 5 months
from Sherrills Ford, NC
Love the gas cooktop on this range. I liked the oven too until the oven cooling fan became disfunctional within 5 months and rendered the oven inoperable until replaced. I do not use the oven very much, so this put a slight damper on my enthusiasm for this range given the price, but I would still recommend.

Wonderful Dual Fuel Stove
from New Orleans, La.
I so enjoy cooking on it! Clean up is a breeze! My last downdraft range was a disaster! It stopped working 4 times, cost hundred of dollars in repairs and the oven did not work for the last 5 years! It only lasted 10 years. I forgot how nice it was to have an oven! To be able to bake, broil or just keep warm! When I use the downdraft it cooks evenly not just on one side. Love it!
So far, so good

I've wanted a gas stove for decades and finally got my dream! I love all the features of this range, and in the week that I've had it, I've had nothing but good results both on the stove top and in the oven.

I bought this range to replace my electric range. I also bought this range because it was a downdraft and you cannot find a lot of those out there. I have been completely satisfied with the range thus far.

Great downdraft option
We've had our new downdraft slide in range for a week now and I'm happy to report that the gas burners heat evenly and are powerful, especially the front burners. The first pie I made with the convection oven feature turned out very well, evenly browned and baked. My husband and I are impressed with the power and efficiency of the downdraft fan, even on the lowest setting, we are noticing efficient suction and overall venting. We had a Jenn-air unit previously and this downdraft unit works so much better. Some tricky installation puzzles to figure out were a new configuration and location of the floor vent beneath and the addition of a 220V electrical outlet which we did not have previously. The touch pad on the top is easy to figure out but sometimes I end up turning on the oven inadvertently when wiping up spills. I love having the control knobs in front instead of on top though. Our Jenn-air range had two kitchen timers which I didn't know I'd miss until we had just the one on our new stove. Maybe Kitchenaid will consider adding this feature on future models.

This was to be a replacement slide in and counter adjustment had to be made despite following the guide to prep for installation as a slide in. When registering the range there seemed to be an issue on the Canadian site. A trim kit should be well on its way but might be stuck in transit. Aside from that, I was hoping to check out the stove within the initial 30 days. As with my previoud experience with Kitchen Aid appliances I do not expect to be disappointed with performance of this range.
I can finally cook.
from north wildwood, nj
We lived in our home for weekends and holidays until last October when we retired here. For the years prior I was very limited as to what I could cook because most things set off the fire and smoke detectors.I refused to live that way full time so when we renovated the kitchen I found that this stove could be the answer - which it was. No Alarms since it has been installed and I can cook whatever I choose!
from Tell City, Indiana
This KitchenAid replaced a 25 year old Jenair. There was some difficulty getting the installation done because of changes in the downdraft location. However, this is a fantastic stove and the oven and controls are just very user friendly. Great product and great design.
