Comments about LG Top Loading 5.7 Cubic Foot Washer:
While you can wash in one load what normally requires two loads, the washing action itself is abysmal. The "washer" should be called a "spinner"; that's about all it does.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought this washer a month ago to replace my front load washing machine. I am so happy with this machine! Love it!

Expensive Salad Spinner
By Refund Paleez
The water level sensor is totally useless. There's never enough water to cover the clothes no matter which cycle I choose. My clothes are always half dry at the end of a cycle. I had a repair person look it over in case it was a factory defect. he said that it was all in working order. Great. So I'm left with an expensive salad spinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ILOVE this machine!!!!

I have had this machine a little over a month now and I am so glad we chose this washer!! It is large enough to handle kids, grand kids and adults! It washed the clothes so much cleaner and uses less utilities! I would buy this again tomorrow for my best friend if she didn't already have one!
Best we could find
The old dependable washer and dryer were in their quirky senior years. It was time to look for others. I wanted a top loader and these fit the bill. I didn't need all the bells and whistles that it has but do enjoy them. my rating is based on the fact I was told at purchase to get an extended warranty. If a product is made to be good or top notch, why need an extended warranty? Products today aren't made like they used to be. I hope this lasts as long as the one it replaced.

Our old washed went kuput about 2 months ago. After much research and looking at the optinons we chose this washer. We are very happy with the choice. It took a little while to get used to as the washed analzes the what in in the wash tub and then proceeds with the wash. It does a great job and we are very happy with how it cleans our cloth and other items. Tub capacity is great. We were a bit concerned that the tub did not have the standard agitator as we were concerned about it cleaning well. It does a better job of cleaning with the high efficiency mode and less wear and tear on the cloths. We are very pleased with the washer.

This is by far the best washer I have ever owned! I put a king size comforter in it and there was still MORE room! It's like an air freshener for my house when it runs. It smells so much better than the stinky front loader I had. Anyone who doesn't rate this machine as a 5 is just crazy!!!!

Loud, loud, loud

This is the loudest wash machine ever!! Worst decision we ever made was purchasing the wash machine. We thought we were getting a high quality machine. This thing is so loud you have to wear ear protection when washing anything and any size load.
