I have had 2 other Maytag dryers in previous homes and were extremely happy with their drying capabilities. This dryer is met my expectations perfectly and I love the grey color! Thanks Maytag!
Quiet with Great Features.

I've only had this dryer for a couple of weeks, but it is wonderful. I love the variety of settings and features, including the steam "freshener" option. We opted for the granite color it was well worth the extra few dollars. It also so quiet, I can leave laundry door open and barely hear it running.
Loose electrical connection inside

I bought this dryer about 2 weeks ago. After setting the dryer up, I was getting an error code after about a minute of drying. I phoned Maytag (Friday) and they said that they could get someone to come out next Wednesday. This was not acceptable, since I already had a week's worth of wash piled up. They put me in direct contact with the service company and I was able to book a time for them to come out on Monday. This was still too long. I decided to take the top of the dryer off and look to see if there is anything obvious. After checking the cable pin connectors, I found one connector that was loose it was a 6 pin connector that had 4 wires connected to it. One of the pins was bent, which prevented it from making the full connection. I straightened out the pin and connected it to the board, and the dryer worked fine, and no issues over the past 2 weeks. I would have expected better QC from Maytag on this. I suspect that their QC check saw the dryer run, but it needs to actually run for a minute before the error code came up. More importantly, the connection needs to be made right the first time to avoid the issue. I called back Maytag and cancelled my service call.

Doesn't always get my clothes fully dry. Wish they would integrate a built in pedistal

Been using it for two weeks and couldn't be more pleased.

The best feature is the moisture sensing which really keeps the cost down when using the dryer.
