I have this system for a couple of years now and I use blender almost every day or every other day. Unlike other comments, I personally haven’t had any issues or problems with cracking. I use the chopper for my veggies and other stuff with no issues. My only flaw is the chopper doesn’t get all the pieces to chop equally. But it’s minor. I do not regret my purchase
