Comments about Oral B Oral-B Vitality Pro White Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush:
Both my husband and I have the oral B electric precision toothbrushes. After a month, both stopped working within a week of each other. Got them replaced by retailer and today my husband's has stopped working again bearly a month after getting replacement. Absolutely fed up. Have no confidence in them now. WHEN it works it is good.

I've had this toothbrush for I want to say 3 years. The best toothbrush ever. Recently it has stopped working all together and I would like a replacement. I don't know why it has stopped but while I was brushing it just died. When it was working, if you hold the base up to your ear you can hear a slight buzzing sound, but when it died I thought it just needed charging. I was wrong. When I put my ear up to the base there was no sound. I charged it for 1 whole day and still nothing. I'm just glad I had a manual toothbrush to brush my teeth. I really like this toothbrush and don't want to get a different one unless its exactly like this one. If you guys have a toothbrush like this one please recommend it to me so I can get a new one. Please contact me and help. Thanks!

The head is not removable with the alleged tool. In fact illustration A in the instructions would seem to indicate that the brush cover/tool should be turned around and used to disengage the brush from the main body. Physically this is impossible because of the cover/tool design, further placing the head over the brush itself does not allow for the head to be disengaged. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have to replace the brush head with a tool made a massively poor decision. Whoever approved an instructional illustration that doesn't resemble the items in the package also made an massive error.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I purchased one of these toothbrushes years ago and put it in a drawer for at least a year. When I went to charge the brush, I was surprised that the battery still had power to it. I am so grateful that your company puts the manuals online, as I used it to replace my brush head. This saved me some money - which made me happy!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Changing Cross Action Power Brush head - Goodluck!
By Dan In Houston
Bought 2 extra brush heads for replacements, destroyed the instructions on how to replace the brush heads in opening the package. Bought two more brushheads for the instructions, but they don't work. GOOD LUCK - they must be trying to sell you a whole new brush instead. Try another brand!
