Great Service All Around!
Went to PC Richards on a rainy night 15mins before store closing to get a stove for a tenant as I was going out of town early the next morning. Giovanni was the only one on the floor who asked if I needed any assistance. He checked their inventory to see what my best options were placed the order and arranged pick up for the old stove in a timely manner. The guys who came to deliver the stove were on time and the earlier part of the time range given. They were also kind to my tenant who is elderly and made sure everything was set up correctly and called to confirm with me everything was done.
I was grateful they made the process as smooth as possible when I cant always be on site

Pretty good!
Pretty good quality, but still not up to the quality of 50 years ago, the age of the stove it is replacing. That it is still possible to find a stove this small (20 inches wide) is great, and that it fits into the space of the old stove is amazing. I'm sorry that it requires electricity to light the burners; I still have my old "striker", plus a new backup, but in the event of a power outage I'll be able to light the burners with it, but not the oven. I was shocked that I had to finish assembly of the stove when it was delivered. I paid for delivery with removal of the old stove, but I did expect the new stove to require additional assembly. The back panel which would have contained an optional light, thermostat and clock, if I had wanted them, came in a separate carton and just left with me. The additional Delivery Cost included removal of the old stove, but not connection to the external gas pipe, which I understood, but apparently not full assembly of which I was not aware! But at least there was a pretty good set of instructions for connecting the back panel, which I managed to do within a few hours. This new stove doesn't seem quite as solid as the old stove, but I guess that is to be expected, so all-in-all, I am satisfied with it so far; but I haven't used it yet.

Fire in the Hole!!!!!
The first range was defective. The broiler drawer was crooked and wouldn't close properly. It took over a week to get it replaced. The oven in the replacement range (which also has the same defect) would ignite like a fireball. It terrified me and I was advised "not to use it" until they could send someone over to adjust the oven's air to gas ratio. It ignites okay now, but it was truly frightening prior to the adjustment. I literally had to duck and cover. **If you purchase this range, be sure it is working properly before the delivery person leaves!**
