Comments about Samsung 30" Free Standing Induction Range - Stainless Steel:
have used for about a month now, and can't say anything negative. love the dual and keep warm burners. Convection oven is great for beer can chicken! Have used the convection feature a couple of times now, and love it, Just wish there was a cooking time conversion chart.

Really Enjoy the new Samsung Stove
It is really nice to cook with something that is easy to manage and clean up messes big and small. The oven is great to use. Just set it and it takes care of itself. Constantly using the oven to cook with. Creates a nice even heated meal.

This is to a stove top like a microwave is to an oven. It is super fast to heat up, control. I describe it as awesome.
Great Induction Range with a few little quirks that can be lived with.
The Induction/Convection Range is a good value for your dollar. Providing you know about Induction and how to use the cook top. Cooktop downfall there are two rear burners and although the manual says they both take a 5-1/2" pot they don't. one side take 6" or more the other takes the 5-1/2" The convection oven portion is a wonderful way to cook your food with hot circulating air. Speeds up the cooking time. The push buttons on the range are self explanatory and easy to use. Bottom Storage drawer: Design This is the flimsiest drawer that I have ever seen. the track doesn't go all the way to the rear of the stove and consequently if you pull the drawer all the way out it won't go back in properly you have to fight with it. This design could of been greatly improved. Also the flimsiness of the drawer itself is as thin as a cookie sheet .This should of been a better design.

Samsung Induction cooktop

Love the stove. Easy to use, works superbly, the only thing I do not like is the storage drawer at the bottom. Not easy to put on the track and does not slide open with ease. Saves time and money with how quickly induction heats and does not make the kitchen hot, a real plus.
Quick response to changes in temperature control

Having difficulties with electric ranges because of the time it takes to change the temps, I have fell in love with the 'inductive' method of cooking. When you turn the device off, the pan instantly starts to cool off, much like gas. Putting on bacon and setting it to P for the power mode, in less than 30 seconds the bacon starts to sizzle. These quick response to the changes in temperatures are great for new chiefs and seasoned ones also. Also, living in the SW, where it's usually very warm, it doesn't warm up the kitchen as previous rages seems to do quickly. Even with the convection oven, you set the temp 50 deg lower and cook the same amount of time to get great results with less warming of the surrounding areas which is great!

Smooth lines and operation

This was the first time I purchased an Induction cooktop. I was very happy to find out that most of my existing pans worked on it. The convection Oven I had already had and knew I had to have that feature in the range purchase. My favorite feature on the cooktop is the sensors that detect if a pan is there or not. and if the pan is not returned in a set time frame the element turns off. The only draw back I have seen is the vents in the front of the oven do not have a lip or catch grove inside in case anything accidently gets in there. You have to tear the oven door apart to clean the three panels of glass. Maybe on future models. This would be a good Idea.

this product has a cooktop that is almost impossible to cook on without leaving some kind of mark on the surface.
does not matter how heavy a pan is used on cooktop, if the pan moves just a little, the surface of the top either pits or leaves silver markings. was an anniversary present from my husband, and I am sorry he spent so much money on something that can't be used without causing damage to the surface. would not recommend this stove to anybody. wish I had returned the stove & picked out something different.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
