Great little 32" TV
Comments about Samsung 32" Class LED HDTV:
I got this for my wife. She couldn't handle a larger TV. She is happy with the TV but wishes it had a convenient way to connect headphones.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Samsung Has Another Winner
from Minnesota, USA
I'm an audio/video/computer technologist and have had a Samsung 47" LCD television in my home theater component system for sometime now; it's packed with the features I was looking for at a price that was affordable, and looks great. I, and my wife, have also owned Samsung Galaxy phones for some time; in fact I just purchased an S6 and, once again, they've been amazing devices. We recently purchased a new travel trailer and I was looking for a television that would fit the space we had in the trailer. Naturally, I went to the Samsung website to see what was available. I was limited in space, and this 32" fits the mount, and the space, nicely. Again, the price was competitive and the features perfect for my needs. It has enough inputs for our installation and the picture quality is quite remarkable, with plenty of adjustments to tweak the picture, and audio, for the best performance as well. I've been very impressed with the television so far, and will probably move it into our home during the off-season. I've been extremely satisfied with the build quality, performance, and price of all our Samsung products and would highly recommend a look.
Really nice picture
I am very happy with the EH5000 series televisions. It has a very bright, sharp picture when watching Blu-Ray DVD's. There is a equally nice picture when watching broadcast programming using the built-in DTV tuner. There seems to be enough connections for what I need (HDMI, RCA, Composite, USB, etc...) Samsung has designed a real quality product.
Hard to find 32'' 1080p
from Champaign, IL, USA
Wanted a bigger screen in the kitchen for PC and Roku. Currently have a 24'' Samsung 1080p monitor but most 32'' "TVs" are 720p, a downgrade. Found this one and decided to give it a try. First issue was that it treated my video card's output with quite a bit of underscan, i.e., the desktop was smaller than the screen. Tried a million things and finally downloaded the latest AMD Catalyst driver/manager which includes an overscan option which worked perfectly. Be sure to use the PC or DVI/PC input label or the TV will process the PC display into a messy mess. After all this fiddling, it looks pretty good, especially video played on the PC. Of course the Roku looks just great on this set given the limitations of LCD displays and price point of the set. Cons: The analog audio output is very "hot" i.e., loud and cannot be controlled by the volume control. That's pretty annoying since the included, tiny speakers are below average. The power switch is a tiny joystick under the right side of the panel. It's confusing and inconvenient. Only two HDMIs is limiting. There no option to map the analog audio inputs to the HDMI/DVI input which would make using this set with a DVI PC so much easier. The remote is not programmable/universal. Loses its clock setting if power is lost. Pros: good PQ for the money--this wipes out most of the "Cons" which are mostly just annoyances. Decent remote. Light weight. Only draws about 33W nominally, UPS-friendly. Surprisingly handsome, simple appearance. Analog audio-out option (becoming more rare). Has a number of handy auto-off options if you forget to turn it off. No "Smart TV" functions (yes, this is a pro, get a Roku or Chromecast which work better). Despite the niggles, I'm very glad I found this set. It's a great value and has a pretty good picture. It also (finally) works great as a PC monitor providing your video card includes overscan controls.

About Me Enthusiast
The Samsung 5000 series is a great TV. Small bezel, looks good, great picture, great sound.
from Glenwood Ia
We purchased this TV when we thought we were having a problem with another brand TV that was only 2 months old. It was going to take 2 weeks to send it to the factory for evaluation. As the TV was in my wife's den I purchased the Samsung to stand in until I found out what was wrong with the other one. My wife liked the picture and features so much that she kept it for her den and I inherited the original TV for my workroom.
only had this tv about 2 months. so far iam happy with the performance a typical samsung product excellent

As mentioned in the title, this is your standard HDTV without any smart TV features.

Ease of assembly; no need to have any installation: light weight, auto menu "User Manual" is easy to understand, but It would be nice to have a User Manual with larger type and printed in black .
