Love how huge the washer is. I can wash two loads of laundry in one load.
Can't go wrong with this product. Best investment for the price.
Wonderful Machine powerful yet quiet
I have only had this machine for a few days, but it is wonderful. The 5.2 capacity allows so many clothes, I have reduced the amount of time washing. I really like the low or no spin selection. I love the steam feature - this will save delicates from being torn apart as my old washer did. I like that you can put everything in and set the timer to start the wash later up to 24 hours. I love the basket. I didn't think we would use this, but our machine is in a garage and I've never had a sink out there. I will be using for stains or as a presoak or for super delicate washing. If you wash a delicate item you can then dump the entire contents in the machine and set it rinse and no-spin if needed. The spin cycle on "regular" is super fast. The 30 min quick wash is great if you need something fast. I am so very happy so far choosing this model The size overall is really great and fits nicely in my garage but this means the tub is slim and very deep. I keep a stool (I am 5'2") nearby in case I can't reach an item laying on the bottom (but not a huge deal) I wish it had wifi (doesn't everything now?) and an app to connect via somewhere else in the house. That would have made this machine perfection.
Washer works very well. The only problem I have had is that the washer plate cap broke. It is a plastic piece in the middle of the washer. Washer was purchased June 2015. Cap broke January 2016.

This is a good size washer. Can handle a king size comforter. Washes clothing well
Love love love this washing machine! The built in sink is wonderful, gets stains out! Very efficient and quiet.
The built in sink

The built in sink for prewash partially blocks the detergent tray making it hard to add detergent and fabric softener.
Great performance, but you'll need a stepstool

I have had my washer for about 8 months now and have not had any issues with it. The features live up to my expectations and the built-in sink is great because I do not have a large laundry room with its own sink. The one drawback on this wonderful washer with a huge capacity is that I can't reach the bottom of the bin without getting on a tall stepstool or having a pair of cooking tongs nearby to grab the laundry at the very bottom. I'm only 5'4" so this might not be an issue if you're taller, but reaching down that deep into the washer brings a concern that one day I might reach too far in and get a little stuck since the upper half of a person is usually heavier than our bottom half (head & torso vs. legs). Even with that consideration, I stand by this washer (with a pair of tongs)... it's a great washer!

Just received the washer today and I am pretty excited. So far the washer has performed well. I like the large basket and the ka-zillion wash cycles. I especially like the the "sanitize" cycle which I used on my previous washer to wash towels and linen. This was one of the few washers that has that feature. I saw it in dryers, but what is the point in a dryer? The washer is a little noisier than my old front load washer but it is not intolerable The original Turboj
