No More Mouse Control (A Giant Step Backwards)
Comments about Samsung 75" Class Slim 4K Ultra HD LED Smart TV:
We have bought several Samsung TVs with the integrated mouse over the past 2 years. Loved this feature when you are using the TV with web pages. Bought this model to continue our use of mouse enabled TVs. Surprise no more mouse.... We had everything Samsung in our plant, now we will buy 20 of the LG 60UH7700 TVs because they continue to have a mouse and make it better every year. No more Samsung TVs for us....
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Enthusiast
This TV is simply a great value!! In the 75" category it is the price for price champ. From personal experience this TV has a superior picture over the Sony 850D and the LGUH8500. Because they both have an IPS panel they can not get the black and contrast levels to make a picture pop especially in a dark room. The JU7100 does it all bright rooms and dark rooms great picture in any situation. Sports or movies motion is handled nicely without worry. It is 240mhz with a 120mhz refresh rate easily keeps pace. The 7100 performs great in my 20x20 room with angles with no noticeable degradation in contrast or color. The smart features are top shelf with apps and web browsing. Researching all of the TVs within the 75" and 78" category and looking at price the best tv is the ju7100 again. It's better in motion and picture quality vs. the j6300, ju6500 and the LG uh6550. It's cheaper, better picture, and comparable in motion to the Sony 850d and Lg uh8500. Don't bother with the 78" ku7500. Cool curv appeal but for 3"and $1000 more it's not with it at all. Under the hood it's no ju7500 or ju7100. The Samsung ks9000 and Sony 900 series are better but are at least $1500 more. If you got it spend it but for the person who wants a deal who wants bang for bucks the former $5000 tv and 2015 veteran is still knocking the competition out.
Service and delivery comments:
Service at PC Richard was great. The difference is their guys are knowledgeable sales professionals. They aren't kids with blue shirts on not caring whether they sell you a tv or not. There is a true value in having a sales professional they know the products and they take care of their customers. Get a sales rep and stick with them you will see. Delivery was great with resourceful and respectful delivery guys.

I had been drooling over 4k TVs for a while now, but finally broke down and got the above model. I set it up myself, even with the smart hub, set up was a snap (connection wise) I do not, nor will I enable the extras like voice, Wi-Fi as being old school I don't really use them or want them. (but nice to have should I ever change my mind. Pared with the 4K/ Blu-ray DVD player and my Direct TV, wow! I open the DVD drop in a disk and close the door, the DVD/TV detects that I'm no longer watching TV and switches it to the DVD player w/o pushing any buttons. Picture is crisp and blacks are black. Had one short lived problem with the TV picture graying out (fading like I had adjusted the room lighting...even though I had the auto dim turned off) It did this twice the 1st day, but hasn't done so in the last week. The TV tries to step up all video feeds to 4K (which of course it can't) but even so-so DVDs look much better than they did with Blu-ray. The stand has 2 not drilled bolt holes, I recommend drilling out at least one and if it isn't wall mounted, bolt it (using a 5/16" x ___ bolt) and bolt it to your console (ours has a 1 1/2" thick top and the TV isn't going anywhere now. It is heavy and awkward to move around, so I recommend gluing 'easy gliders' to the bottom of a good steady console for easy moving. It has the smart hub that can handle enough HDMI cables for all your accessories, inc. a few other ports for other accessories you might have like a speaker/sound system. The speakers are adequate for our purposes and am loving the auto-leveling for the sound as Blu-ray always tends to blast you out of your chair when you least expect it. The biggest problems are: 1) Standard HD (720i) looks crude as the screen is huge. (but not that distracting) 2) TV is not ready for 4k IMHO... Scenes sometimes are too dark, other times too bright. Not the TV's fault, it's just the way broadcasts are. DVD's depend upon how they are shot. Now we're used to it, watching the 60" HD plasma that was relegated to the basement, seems old fashioned. :-D

I finally upgraded, and I'm impressed with the 75" 7100 serial. The colors are richer and deeper, even with the same cable service. There are a lot of features with this TV, and getting to know all of them, and when/how to use can be a challenge. I'd suggest a quick start guide for the most common features and function, so people can get better results sooner. So far I'm using it out of the box, but have tried features such as Sports mode on occasion with good results.
I had the first generation 67 in led samsung and was very happy with the pix it had. This new set with all the cool features and a picture that is excellent. For the money, I mean I could have spent a couple thousand more for the SUHD but for the money this set is great value.

I have had this television several months. I could not be happier with it.
This product is capible for picture upgrades that will come in the future
from Spring Hill, TN USA
We invested in this product because of the advance features it possesses. In the future it will be able to transform to the sharper images and smart features we will need. I feel that this television will serve us for time to come.
Poor smart processor
The network connection is slow. The processor is slow. The picture quality is excellent. The TV would be excellent if it had better smart processing power and a better user interface.
from Miami, FL, USA
I wish the one-connect cable would have been longer, or for Samsung to sell a longer one.
