This premium level mattress features a SupremeLoft cover with AllergenProtect. A layer of Sealy (clean technology) and MoistureProtect (moisture-wicking technology) provide a truly comfortable night’s sleep.
The ResponsePro HD encased coil system includes individually wrapped, hourglass shaped coils to give a more customized feel to the mattress, as well as more targeted support and reduced motion transfer. These coils are also more densely arranged to provide the most support and comfort. The DuraFlex edge system allows for more usable sleeping surface, better edge support, improved durability, and increases the mattress compatibility with an adjustable base.
Sealy’s exclusive Posturepedic Technology gives zoned support in the center 1/3 of the mattress where you need it most. A layer of SealyCool gel memory foam conforms to your body, and provides additional, flexible support.
The foams used are CertiPur-US certified foams, which are foams made without ozone depleters, “Tris” flame retardants, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals, formaldehyde, or phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and are low VOC emissions for indoor air quality. Eight vertical handles (queen) makes rotating or moving the mattress a breeze.

Comments about Sealy Posturepedic Pinon Mountain Firm Pillow Top Mattress - Queen:
I'm a petite side sleeper who tried many mattresses before deciding to buy this one. I tried it on 3 different occasions, each time 10-15 minutes, and the store model was firm but with cushioning, very comfortable, felt just right, with no sinking feeling. I did notice the mattress cover was a little loose in places but attributed that to being the store model that a bunch of people must have tried. Delivery was the next day and very efficient. The mattress seemed a little uneven on top - softer on one side when received, but I wasn't sure. After sleeping on it 12 nights, I can say it's way too soft and it feels like I'm sinking into a crevice by my hips when sleeping on my side. It's hard to move positions because of the sinking aspect. On my back it's OK but I'm not accustomed to sleeping on my back. I thought it would be supportive and firm but with a bit of "give" and it seems it is all "give." Unfortunately PC Richard does not allow exchanges, which is out of step with the majority of mattress retailers who are all offering exchange and in some cases with online retailers, a refund if one is dissatisfied. I also rang up the Sealy company and they said maybe the mattress was mis-labeled and it is their more plush version. I've already ordered another mattress from elsewhere. Am giving it three stars because the sales and delivery services were excellent, and the bed seemed fine in the store, but the reality is very different.
Service and delivery comments:
The store arranged delivery for the next day and it was very prompt. Excellent service.
