Rated 1 out of 5 by from open package with poor product package came open with lacking details and wrong wires. headphones are uncomfortable, cord too short for connecting to computer from the desk. previous headphones Sentry HO 800 and 900 were excellent, but they are falling apart in 5 years. these are a very poor substitute.
