Despite the downgraded visuals, still enjoyable.
I would have preferred this game to have a better designed world and better mechanics that are not ripped out of Far Cry but those issues aside Watch Dogs is still fun. The chemistry between Aiden and Clara is surprisingly believable and rendition of Chicago is quite the sight. The story leaves alot to be desired and does not hesitate to throw annoying politics in your face but if you overlook it, the game is worth a play through at its current asking price.

Eh...not even worth $0
Got it for free and still wasn't worth it, if only they made you take a good game. Instead they are trying to push an under-performer in the hopes more will buy the second one.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Best Game Ever Made
I, Seen a Trailer for Watch Dogs was excited to See awesome its a perfect Action Game ever I just Buy game for My Birthday to Play Just What I wanted Excellent. Wow I Recommend this to Gamer.
It was a blast to play!
Yes, I played this five times! However, it could learn from Sleeping Dogs which was a much more interactive and designed game. Games seem to be losing quality and are being rushed for quick dollars.

Outstanding all around game
I will confess I have not played to many open world action games. Watch Dogs was a blast to play. it allows you to take your time and do what you want as you want to. You can just run from main story line mission to mission or you can take your time and do some outstanding side missions that open up so many new weapons and tech to use in the game. I took my time and enjoy completing many side missions along with the main story line. and I have to say what every your play style is this game can be played your way. If you want to run and gun go for it if you want to be sneaky and use a lot of stealth that will work also. You style your pace your enjoyment are all there. There is a mulitiplayer part to the game which others can hack into your game. This is the one area I did not find fun. I could never find the hacker and that drove me crazy. Some missions had a bug in them but Ubisoft has been good at fixing them. I really enjoyed the game from start to finish and think many would enjoy it all so. I can not wait to see where they take this idea from here Watch Dogs 2 with be on my buy list I am certain of that.

good side missions, but not a satisfying campaign!
watch dogs is a pretty good game overall. It has good visuals, great ideas and tons of side missions along with mini games like poker, chess, drinking games etc.....but the core of the game wish is the campaign dissapoints, the storyline is a bit boring sometimes it doesnt make sense and the missions are exactly like the side missions nothing unique on the campaign. I had more fun playing the mini games than the actual main story, no aircraft missions, no deep diving in water and limited customization in wish you only buy clothing in full sets not individually and zero car customazation. If ubisoft announces watch dogs 2 ill pass and it would not make sense putting the same characters in the game it would have to be a different storyline since the campaign on this game is more than finish. My verdict a 3 out of 5 it could had been a masterpiece...

I personally love Watch Dogs. The game play is more reminiscent of a recent Splinter Cell game than GTA (which Watch Dogs has been compared to due to its open world enviornment). It is varied with different side missions, the story is compelling, and it can be quite challenging at times. A+ Ubisoft, other than the almost 1 year delay in its release you have hit a home run in my book!
