Have used it twice between atmospheric rivers in NORCAL, then called the ACE dealer to come show us why it wasn’t heating much past 370 degrees. He tightened the propane tank coupling the last quarter turn and now it fires up to 600+. The all wx cover is more than worth the cost as it keeps the unit clean & dry.We’re very happy with this purchase which doesn’t require disposing of charcoal ash.

The bottom of the cart rusted out on the first one on one corner but the grill performance was so good that I went for the same model again. 10 years no replacement parts - worth it for me. This grill has decent surface area for a family of. 3-4, it heats up fast and has no problems getting to 600 degrees, I’ve done a lot of pizza on the Spirit with a stone. I see a few upgrades on the new one, such as porcelain coated cast iron grates. My original was a NG model but it appears they have discontinued it so I bought a propane model and swapped in the valve manifold from my old one (they changed the orifice thread size - someone really wanted to stop selling this model in NG!)

I've had no issues with parts, everything is still original and works great! The only thing I've replaced are batteries for the ignitor. I'd definitely by another grill from this company if something happened with this one.
