Great Grill!
Excellent little grill. We bought it for camping as its small and light, it will transport easily. Cooks burgers, steak and chicken breast fantastically. We do have trouble keeping it lit in winter when its windy (we also us it on our back deck beside our smoker/grill) other than that its a beautiful little unit!

Don't judge it by it's size.
I had to sell my big Weber genesis grill when I downsized and moved into an apartment; the landlord said all grills must be used in at least 10feet from the building and cannot be used on the balcony. I saw the Q1000 and the cart at my local hardware store (an authorized Weber dealer). It looked really promising and I decided to give it a try. Cooks as well as my big Weber grill did!! We've made steaks, burgers, chicken so far and LOVE it. It gets some good life out of the camp size propane cylinders. I'm VERY happy with it and so glad that Weber's quality standards extend to all their products. One piece of advice: The grates will shift if you roll the folded cart witht he grill attached - so reposition them before you light it.

Nice grill
I am really enjoying this little grill, I put it on a microwave cart, which has wheels, in my garage and I am finding that I use it a lot more than I did my big grill. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and cooks the food very evenly. I bought it on the recommendation of a friend who has one for their home and another for their camper. I’m happy with it and would get it again.

Excellent compact gas grill
This small portable gas grill works very well. It can achieve a high heat that sears and cooks like a larger grill. You might want the 1200 model which included a thermometer in the lid but I’ve found it’s not really needed. Very well made and not tinny.

This product has the typical high Weber quality. This is my 4th Q-series Grill(Q1000, Q2000, two Q3200's(patio model). These are all excellent and high durable grills. The Q1000 and Q2000 are used as standard gear for my RVs. All of the Q grills heat up quickly, are easy to control, cook very predictably, and both 1000 & 2000 run equally well on 1-lb. disposable propane tanks, or on larger bulk tanks. I recommend them without any reservation; you will NOT be disappointed!!

Amazing little grill, Perfect for two people! We love the grill and it travels well. Lightweight and easy to use. The one we have needs a bit of a longer regulator so it would be easier to screw on the propane tank. The tank lasted longer than we thought it would so that’s great. It’s light weight and doesn’t take up much room. The only thing that would make this better is if there was a washable carrying case or container.

Compact but capable of expert barbecues
Great little grille. Takes hardly any space and you don’t have to wrestle with a big gas tank, yet it provides enough heat to leave those authentic barbecue stripes on meat and veggies. Real easy to clean, too, with a grease collection pan that has a replaceable foil insert.
Plus there’s a handy cover to keep the dust and dew off. It suits our needs perfectly.

Portable and efficient
Great small portable grill. I took this camping and served well about 16 people two meals a day. It had gotten very dirty by the end of the long weekend but cleaned nice and easily at the end. Highly recommend it and you can also get the hose adaptor to use the larger propane tanks.

Worth Every Penny!
The Q1000 is not cheap for a small grill, but the thoughtful design and quality has me very pleased with my purchase. I’ve used it on the tailgate of my truck, and on our patio table. At full heat, the surface it’s sitting on is not hot at all, so it’s safe to use wherever I want. Also, the design of the porcelain coated grates prevents flareups, and clean up nicely with soap and warm water. The grease catch pan is well designed and stays put when moving or transporting the grill. All in all, great grill that I would buy again in a heartbeat!

A great little grill
We bought this or traveling in our camper. I have already tested it out at home and it's a great little grill. I like the fact that the burner is a tube rather than the standard central burner. I think it gives more evenly distributed heat.

Great tailgate or camping grill
The small Weber grill is perfect for grilling a small meal on the road. We use it with our truck camper so the camper does not get heated up. He have cooked all kinds of meats on it and it has worked great. Highly recommended.

Service was great!! Part arrived! then Fire!!!
We had you send the part to our daugther who lives in Lahaina, Maui. The service was amazing and the part got there on Aug. 1st. They put it back together on Aug 6th and their house burned to ground on Aug 8th. I'm hoping and praying when she has found out where to live Weber will send her a new grill!! It was only 4 1/4 months new.

Does this work well with the small gas cylinders?
I use it with a 20lb propane tank. It is designed to work with the small cylinders as I had to buy an adapter to use the 20 lb tank fitting. I used the grill all winter..no issues
