[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] W'eve only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far it functions flawlessly. The last Whirlpool french door refrigerator we had was sold with our house and is 16 years old and the only issue we had is the Ice Maker went out. It was due to the wiring harness coming down the bottom of the refrigerator of the left hand door and with the opening and closing of the door a couple of the wires in the wiring harness had broken rendering the ice maker useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved from a similar sized side by sid. Really like the French door. Freezer seems smaller than side by side, but much easier to get at items. Great configuration in top section. Love having gallon milk in door shelf. Water and ice dispenser work great. We looked hard at the bespoke, but found this configuration to match our usage much better. For a counter depth unit, this was the best unit out there. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this frig! It's the perfect size - esp. for one, like me - and this is the first time I've had the freezer drawer on the bottom. LOVE IT!
I appreciate the "ding" alerting me when I think I've closed the doors tightly but haven't.
One thing I have noticed is the water spigot is in kind of an awkward place. It should be easier to reach and use. I drink a lot of ice water, so I use that. I like that it's inside, not on the outside of the left door, like my old one.

I think because the water dispenser is in the inside of the refrigerator, it is much colder. One reason why we purchased this refrigerator was because the ice cubes are dispensed in the freezer. We had problems with our ice maker on our old refrigerator because it was on the refigerator part and we had to have it repaired multiple times.

Improved size, matched our outdated black appliances in the kitchen, and I do like the automatic beep that happens if the door wasn't closed all the way. The install team updated the water line to a non plastic line, which should work better for us since the previous water line going into the fridge failed. Only feedback would be to have a pressure release for the filtered water, vs push with one hand and hold the glass with the other.
