Comments about Whirlpool 20.5 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator - White:
I bought this refrigerator to replace a 20 year old Whirlpool. It does an excellent job cooling and freezing. I appreciate the glass shelves as I can see my produce. It is fairly quiet when the compressor is running. Exterior finish on product has minor flaws.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Had to look hard for a white, top freezer, slightly dimpled finish refrigerator. This one is exactly what we needed. Works great. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.
A good choice.

The inside of the refrigerator provides for good organization of contents; I especially like the clear shelving and drawers.

We love our new Whirlpool fridge. No frills but does the chills. Some much space inside.

Happy with the purchase

Bought this last month--runs quiet. Like the glass shelves. Wish the floating meat keeper was bigger, but it's nice that it moves from one sided to another.

I wish it was easier to select temperature.
No frills, keeps food cold

We bought this to replace an old Amana with a freezer drawer, so it took some time to get used to the new configuration (no fault of the fridge as such). It has a neat central drawer than can slide side to side but other than that, it's a basic fridge that does what it should, which is what we were looking for. It is louder than our old fridge, but not obtrusively so. It's about a month old now, and it recently has started making some "belt slipping" -ish noises, which isn't ideal, but so far, no malfunctions. A good unit for condo/apartment. Were it going in to a place we were staying for longer, we might go with something with more features.Considerably less expensive than the "Energy Star" version, without a big energy consumption penalty.
Lots of room

At first I didn't think there was enough room in this refrigerator, but I couldn't be more wrong. Lots of room on shelves, door, and in bins. Runs quietly and don't have trouble with anything breaking off. (Had this problem with different refrigerator.) Very glad I got this one.
