Door shelves cracking.

The shelves on the door have cracks in the bottom of them. Won't replace with like since they may be of poor quality also.

My refrigerator was delivered 9 days ago. Nice looking and roomy inside. One issue is that top shelf will not fit a milk carton or ice tea pitcher and if you lower shelf the next shelf support is 6 inches lower. So adjustable shelf supports would be nice. Biggest issue is that the in door icemaker is not working correctly. I get 5 ice cubes a day . Called whirlpool on day 3 to request repair. Very nice person on phone but first available appointment was one Week away. Repair company said that they would order a replacement icemaker so it could be installed on that visit. Repairman came today. Said, "Oh, your icemaker is not working, I will need to order a new one". It will be 5-7 days for it to come in. So new icemaker will arrive Wednesday. Hopefully, that will fix the problem and I will have ice!

Seems o.k. nothing to write home about, compressor little noisey,ice dispenser seems to spit out of range of glass. Stainless steel outside hard to keep from streaking.Water not cold until after 1 glass dispensed.Nice lighting decent value for price.Seems noisey when making ice

The doors haven't worked since Lowe's delivered it more that 2 years ago. Whirlpool and Lowe's have been to my house and insisted on charging me $150 to adjust the door. Lowe's paid to make the adjustment. It worked for a week. This is the worst purchase that I've ever made. I'm stuck with it and I'm searching the web to see if there is a solution. NONE This unit is horrible.

I previously owned a French door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. Didn't think the side-by-side would have enough space, but I was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of room! The freezer is actually easier and more accessible.

I have had this ridge for about 3 weeks. It has worked well. It is a good basic modern fridge.
I love my new refrigerator but......

My new refrigerator was delivered on December 5, 2015. After it was running for a while and the freezer interior got cold, the ice maker (which is in the freezer door) rubs on the side of the freezer every time the door is opened or closed. On December 7, 2015 I called customer service and spoke to Neka and told her my problem. She checked the records and told me they showed we purchased it on August 14, 2014. She asked me to email a copy of the receipt to her (which I did 15 minutes later) and she would call me back in a few days. It's been almost 3 months and no phone call. Between celebrating the holidays and having out of town company I have not had time to call back. The refrigerator is great - customer service, not so much. I plan to call back tomorrow.
Other than it being quite noisy compared to our previous Whirlpool, we have been very satisfied.
