This refrigerator fits our every need. The french doors enable us to reach everything in the refrigerator even though it is by a wall on one side. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely love this fridge! It's very spacious and allows me to organize contents very well. The freezer is very handy with lots of space.

I wanted a larger fridge, and had been eyeing this one since black friday sales. The price was finally under $2,000 again, so I grabbed one! I have three kids under age 10, and babysit my friends' children as well. The "snack drawer" is a LIFESAVER! The whole fridge has a TON of storage. I picked this one specifically for a number of reasons: 1) split drawers for lunch meat and veggies, so I don't have to open both frech doors to access them. 2) Extra refridgerator drawer for easy access for "kid snacks" 3) sturdy THREE shelf drawers in the freezer with pizza shelf. I hardly have to use my deep freeze for any meets or daily items!
WELL ORGANIZED, SUPER LIGHTING INSIDE , LOOKS GREAT
THE BEST PURCHASE WE HAVE EVER MADE.
The only good refrigerator out there
from Bloomfield, CT
This is our 2nd one of these. I bought a less expensive model for my old house before I sold it and I missed it from the day I left so when I moved into my new house and the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly I bought this fridge and was glad I did. I was so happy that I got the one with even more extras- the extra drawer is amazing and there is sooooo much space in the fridge and freezer. You can fit so much more than you think. The warranty is great and so is the customer service. Couldn't be more happy!
So in love
I love love love this fridge. It is so spacious! I can organize food and have everything within easy reach. Things don't hide! Design is great. I love the pizza storage compartment on the freezer door and the adjustable options!
I love it. Thanks

Looks great, so easy to access shelf items, door storage is great, Fast Ice feature is great especially this time of year, freezer storage more than ample and again is so easy to access. The pizza storage in freezer really is nice - easy to get to and increases room for other frozen food. This was a great purchase for me!!! Controls are easy to operate, low noise level.
Great- Except for 2 Critical Flaws and 1 Minor Flaw
By Can Not Believe It
Great functionality and look. Minor Flaw: the french doors have a piece on the left door that rotates when you open and close it; this 'flap' provides a surface for the seal that is on the right door to rest against and form a seal. Sometimes, when you close the doors, this 'flap' fails to rotate properly or quickly enough, and the door collide. Two significant flaws:1. Loud. Over two years, we have gotten used to it (some); but we still find it excessively loud.2. Worst gasket/seal design ever: the freezer seal wore out in a little over a year (the warranty of course is expired, and we did not purchase any extended warranty); when we finally called for service (not Whirlpool direct, but a local dealer we purchased the unit from), we discovered that you CAN NOT replace the seal for the freezer, but you must instead replace the entire freezer door/drawer (not sure about the refrigerator seal, but it appears from examination that the same design concept is implemented). Why? Well, the design is made such that the seal can not be removed, it is integral to the entire door. You must purchase the door. And the cost of the door replacement part is literally nearly $1,000, $969 in fact! What product developer / engineer ever came up with this design concept. If you purchased a car, and the tires can't be replaced without replacing the entire axel, or similar, that car manufacturer would be out of business very quickly. Full disclosure: our model is W10505282; at this time, we can not find on this website any view/information on the model, let alone a review for it. It looks exactly like this model and has similar features, but is 28 cu. ft. I can only deduce, not prove, that the inability to locate any information on Whirlpool's website for this model relates to this absolutely horrible design. I will never buy Whirlpool product again - unless they fix this issue to reasonable satisfaction, e.g. replace the door for free or close.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
