I started remodeling my home and have bought 3 a Whirlpool appliances I love them all!!! They are up to date looking, clean, sleek and I plan on continuing purchases my products by Whirlpool. I get many compliments on them how they look expensive and truly they are reasonable I totally recommend the purchase of theses products.

We have had this range for a few months now, it is one of the best I have cooked on. I love the grate, how you can position pans off hot burners easily.

We like our new Whirlpool range, it performs exactly as expected (after some tuning, see below). The large burner offers plenty of power, and the smallest burner is good for simmering. This was one of our biggest problem with the previous range: All burners were the same power, so it took forever to boil a large amount of water and it would not simmer low. Also, the oven pre-heat is super fast! This also was an issue with our previous range. I was hesitant with the fact that the grates do not extent the full width of the top surface, but this is not a problem at all. One reason why it seems narrower is because the top surface has a "lip" on the sides that overlaps by ~1/4" on top of the counter-top. This is actually a plus because it gives a clean look since the counter top edges cannot be perfectly adjusted to the edges of the cook top. On the down side, there are a few things I would have liked to see. I would not have minded paying a few dollars more to have metal knobs and stronger hardware on the bottom drawer. At first try I noticed it was a flimsy design. It does not feel sturdy and tight. Two annoying things are about the electronic controls: The alarm sound is an unnerving, single five seconds-long beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep! Every time it beeps my stress level increases as seconds pass. Why are all appliance companies always making stressful alarm sounds, I don't know, but this one is the worst I've heard. And in this age of infinitely programmable ring tones, why can't I have at least five choices of alarm? The other minus regarding the alarm is that there is no reminder. If you happen to be away from the kitchen when it beeps, too bad. The next alarm will be the smell of burned chicken... ;) even our previous cheap range would beep every one minute as a reminder. The instructions for the review state we should not comment on the service. But where can we comment on that for people's view? I'll be brief: 1) The bag of parts for Natural gas to LP gas was torn open in the range box, so I was missing one of the cooktop spuds. After multiple visits to the store where I bought it and phone calls to Whirlpool, we finally identified the problem kit and arranged for shipping of a new kit. I never received the kit... In the meantime I found the small part hidden between card box plies. 2) The instruction manual and online specs do not agree on the spud types, power levels and number of burners. This made the troubleshooting of the "missing spud" very frustrating. 3) The instructions say we should use a phillips screwdriver to replace the spuds, but it requires a Torx screwdriver, which is not very common. Oh and one more plus I forgot: This range i made in the USA!
Worked great after 2 service calls

Bought this for our new home. Front two burners didn't work. Placed service call and they came out quick. Needed to order part. After second call and new ignition worked great. The aggravation makes it a one star. The product makes it a 5 star. I split the difference and give it a 3.

I purchased this range to complement my updated granite countertops and light gray cabinets. It looks great. I really find the accusimmer burner very helpful.

I love my new range. The burners are much more powerful so I had to get used to the difference. I love the full grate, it is much easier to clean. The range has a nice appearance. You must keep the burner plate clean and smooth underneath for the burners to ignite.
easy to clean top

I like most everything, however, I would rather have 3 full burners and one low burner as a back burner. The handle for the drawer is not very sturdy and would bend easily.
This Range Cooks!

Well designed controls. Love the full top grates. BUT the best part is how it cooks. Choice of burners makes it easy. The accusimmer, low and slow produced an excellent Bolognese The large burner is perfect for searing, stir fry anything that needs high fast heat. Yesterday I baked my first loaf of bread in the oven and can happily say it bakes with even and accurate heat. Besides all that it looks great!
I had no idea how much my old range left to be desired until I had my new Whirlpool installed. My breads and baked goods come out beautifully. I use the high output burner every day. It looks great too.
