I bought this a 2 weeks ago and seems to be working for us great. Love the dual rack temp control. Love the large viewing window too.

So-so Wall oven

Have had this for about 2 1/2 weeks now. A very annoying fan runs constantly as soon as you start the oven to heat, and continues for 15 to 30 minutes after you turn the oven off. It NEVER stops! Also, the beep that you think would signal that the oven has reached the temperature you set, beeps about half-way there. I use an oven thermometer to check that is has heated to the temperature I want. I have not tried baking cake or cookies in the yet, so do not know how the constant fan will affect their baking time. This is NOT a convection oven, and the only mention in the instruction booklet about any fan is with the convection option, and then it states that the fan will turn off when you open the door. Not so with this oven.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I installed the oven myself to replace an older GE unit about 2 weeks ago. Installation went without any hitches. Operation has been very good. Love the large window and the 2 interior lights. Digital menu is easy to navigate and use. The Rapid Preheat is a nice feature. The Steam Clean option works very well for light cleanups. So far very pleased and like the stainless exterior.

The oven signals that it has pre-heated yet the temperature is more than 100 degrees less than the temperature that has been selected. it takes another 10 minutes to get to the desired temp.Also the fan runs all the time and 15 - 20 minutes after the oven is shut off.
Worst oven and worst customer service ever

We bought this oven brand new, just over a year ago. It has never worked. The warranty repair company has been out countless times, has changed out nearly every part, but still our oven often doesn't preheat and never holds heat properly. Impossible to bake in. Very difficult to cook in. The Whirlpool representative I spoke with most recently said we have "a repair warranty, not a replacement warranty". We'd love to have it repaired, but still the same new broken oven. Will never buy a Whirlpool product again. We'll have to take them to small claims court, if we want them to honor their warranty.

Very poor quality and bad performance

It is the cheapest oven I have ever owned. It does not heat at the temperature it's set for; it does not bake evenly; it is too noisy, etc.
