Comments about Whirlpool 30" Slide-In Electric Range - Stainless Steel:
Still too new to give it a 5 star rating. So far so good. Replaced the basic no frills stove so this has been an experience!

Happy with my purchase
Got this stove for 1/3 of the original cost because it was a open box purchase, which was a return. Unfortunately the cooling fan went out after 5 months so I went on line to the whirlpool website and they helped me get it fixed under the warranty. I really like the stove but it was the service department that has impressed me the most. You can get a stove anywhere but in time they will break or have minor issues. I scheduled my appointment, a real person called me back to make sure I was happy and they followed through. It was so simple to get it fixed plus it works really great.
Electric stove with front control

This stove is excellent. the burners heat up quickly and stay Hot while you are cooking, even for sautéed meats. The oven temperature is consistent & everything bakes evenly.
Love the Big Window

I love the huge window in the front of the stove and the bright oven light so that you don't have to keep opening the door to check on your food. The cooktop is easy to clean and the dials are user friendly. My only complaint is that the "self cleaning" function isn't the greatest. After broiling some steaks, there is still some residue on the door, even after two cleaning cycles and lots of elbow grease. I would definitely buy this one again.
I like the controlled heat and the glass top especially

I purchased another Whirlpool because my former stove was a Whirlpool. I am very pleased

After a few months the oven didn't work, "fan is to slow". Found out on line that this is a problem with whirlpool ovens, some time you need to shot off energy savings mode. That didn't work for me. Tried calling whirlpool warranty service was on hold for close to 45 minutes before trying chat line. When I got "in" was 42 in line and when it took 30 minutes to get to 21 I decided to just leave a message and hope I would get an answer. The answer was to unplug stove and reboot . That also didn't work so set up to have repair person come. That also took more time then I would think. Repair person was on time and found that fan needs to be replaced . Replacement fan didn't make it to him in one week so we hope next Friday we will get this fixed. Not sure what warranty is on replacement fan but I hope this one will last for years.

I bought this stove a month or so ago to replace my previous stove. I like the depth of the oven and the rapid warm up capability. I am still getting use to how the temperature controls and the range top.
Love the oven
I bought this a month and half ago, and love the roomy oven. The stove puts out a lot of heat into the room though. There is a fan that blows the hot air into the room, and is very uncomfortable to use when it's hot outside. The air conditioner has to run a lot to replace the heat with cooler air. With that being said, I love the 5 burners, and the ability to bake several things at the same time.
Nice looking oven
Got a nice price for this stove. Nice looking, size and features.

Our new Whirlpool range heats and cooks things more quickly. We have had to adjust the usual settings for things such as hamburgers or oatmeal and we appreciate this. The settings and timers are easy to understand and use.
