State of the Art
great machine with wonderful features
from North Tonawanda, New York
I bought this machine a month ago and it has been wonderful. I have an disable husband and I do alot of wash. This is the best washing machine i have ever had.
Disappointing to say the least...
from Scottsdale AZ
Shopped carefully and read all the reviews (good and bad) for this washer and really hoped it would be a huge improvement over the GE junk I was replacing. Not so. From the cheap control panel on the front that is so sensitive and so in the way it changes settings just brushing up against it to the noisy drain pump that sounds like loud angry bees this machine fails to impress. The 'steam' feature is a joke. Fogs up the window glass but never gets hot enough to be effective, and takes forever to complete a cycle. Also used so little water on normal cycles that there's no way a hot wash temp helps. You can't wash ten towels in two cups of water. Overall just a basic inefficient 'high efficiency' washer like all the rest.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
So happy with this washer.
I am so happy with this machine. The clothes are clean, the amount of time shown to wash is accurate. It spins the water out so less time drying. So glad my husband let me get this as an early Christmas gift to replace the horrible LG washer we owned. Whirlpool is my choice.
Simply the best

I have had this washer for a month now and love it. I use less soap, less water & feel soooo... green. I live in So. California and water conservation is a must. We have a busy home with 5 adults and can not wait to see my water bill. I will update this post after my bill arrives, if I can figure out how to do that!

We bought this last month and I am happy with it's quiet performance.
Dryer great, Washer a lemon
from Sun City Center, FL
I have been unable to use the washer because apparently there is a problem with the door lock--repairman was here today and needs to order a part and come back end of week--so, I have had the washing machine for several weeks but unable to use it. Not happy at all! The dryer, however, works well--I have been doing my washing at a friend's house and drying here.

I bought this washer about 2 weeks ago and it works great. I came from a top loader and love this front loader. Cycle times are a little longer then my top loader and I can be a little noisy but cleans extremely well
So far so good!
from Seattle, WA
Selected this from Albert Lee Appliance in Interbay, Seattle, WA. So far, does its job well, though can be a bit noisy, even at slower spin speeds. Also, I still haven't yet figured out why the timer goes off to indicate a load is done but the door is still locked, indicating "TumbleFresh".
