Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal Cleaner I bought this for my front loader where most of the issue is soap and hard water buildup; however while helping my older parents I noticed a heavy buildup of mildew on the gasket of their machine and a strong musty smell. I didn’t have much hope for machine honestly as I had tried scrubbing it before— but one cycle with afresh and the smell is gone, I wiped nasty gunk from the tub and about 75% of the mildew from the gasket- I will be running another cleaning cycle to see if I can completely eradicate the problem!

Even though my washer is stainless steel inside, there is soap scum build up and funky smells that linger. I ran a small empty load, tossed the tablet in and let it do its thing. Afterwards, the basket was shiny and smelled so much better. My laundry comes out cleaner and smelling better, too. There used to be a kind of "musty" smell, even though i immediately switched it to the dryer. Now, it smells fresh and clean. Definitely wont wait years to do THAT again m

I had really good results with these tablets! just toss em in there and the smell is gone! Will definitely purchase again, and I would like to try the other products they offer, like the dishwasher cleaning tablets as well. Highly recommend!

The tablet works throughout the cycle to clean in stages and make sure to leave the tub smelling fresh while knocking out any built-up residue.

Just run the washer normally and it takes care of the smell. This works for a few weeks before we have to do it again. we have tried oxyclean but prefer these because it keeps the smell away longer.

Just toss them in, start the washer and go. When it was done that damp yucky mildew smell was gone. The greatest thing was there was no leftover residue from the tablets and I did not have to worry about any of my clothes getting ruined or bleached from the cleaner.

These are so easy to use! Throw the tablet in the washer, start a heavy duty in hot water and let the magic happen. At the end of the cycle, I had a clean and fresh washer. These are very convenient and I like to keep them available at all times. At the first sign of a not so fresh washer, just throw a tablet in!

My washer is fairly old, and aside from having to wipe out the inside very sporadically, I have never really thought to actually clean my washer. I just always assumed that since my washing machine is washing every day, it stays fairly clean. Boy did I realize just how wrong I was after just one use of the Affresh tablets. I have a non HE washer, or a "clean washer" cycle, so I followed the directions for use in washers without. Instructions were simple and clearly stated. Using the tablet couldn't be easier. Just toss in, wash with hot water and voila! I couldn't believe just how clean my washer looked, and smelled! The inside looked brand new and smelled nice and clean. I couldn't be happier with the Affresh Washing Machine Cleaner Tablets, and will continue to use these on a regular basis to keep my machine clean, so it can better clean my laundry.

I got the Affresh tablets to do the job and they worked great. After using the Affresh tablets is was like I had a brand new machine. The lime scale build up was gone, there was no sign of hard water buildup and the sour smell was no longer. I am glad I found these.

I didn't even realize how dirty it was inside until i used this cleaner. The water was horribly dirty and now my washer looks and smells so much cleaner!
