HORRIBLE WASHER DO NOT BUY
from Saint Martinville, LA
Comments about Whirlpool 2.0 Cu. Ft. Front Loading Washer - White:
I only gave it a star because it won't let me give none!!! I give ZERO STARS!!! I bought this washer as a set in my camper. It was professionally installed. After 6 months the floor in my bedroom and the entire closet was soaked through. Had to put my brand new camper in the shop to have it repaired. Well come to find out an internal hose was not connected so when the washer would drain it was just draining in my closet! Well of course whirlpool said it was my fault that the hose wasn't connected!!! All because it was in a camper and a camper bounces!!! Wow really??? So you sell a compact washer in a camper retailer give them permission to put it in a camper because that's what it's made for then blame me because the hose INSIDE the washer came undone!! The clamps that hold the hoses inside you can only get off with pliers because you have to squeeze them together and use a lot of force to get the clamp off but I'm expected to believe that bouncing made it just fall off???? NOPE!!!! No matter what that hose should not come off from bouncing unless it was improperly put inside the washer!!! So that cost me $1800 to repair my floor and add a pan under to catch water if it should happen again! Now while it hasn't leaked since then and we have been on rougher roads and in the mountains up north since it happened the first time I would like to know why it hasn't "slipped off because of bouncing" this time???? Now on to my next problem!! I get an A10 error code which means it's taking too long to drain. Get someone to come out which cost me more money! Since last month my horrible one year warranty ran out! I guess washers are only supposed to last a year nowadays! It's a burnt pump. Ok buy the pump that's another $140 get it put in and guess what??!! It still won't work! Now it's the electrical board. Go to order that part and guess what??! To my amazement you can't find it ANYWHERE!!! The places it does show up ranges from $200-$400!!! But no one can get them because whirlpool no longer manufactures the part! And nothing I can do because my warranty was up less than 60 days ago!! Now if you research my unit this is happens very often! I wish I would have NEVER bought this unit expecting it to be a great washer because it was made by whirlpool! I'll never make that mistake again!

This washer is my fourth Whirlpool washer in approximately 38 years and it is my first front-load washer. I have only had it for a couple months but so far I love it.

The washer isa fine machine. Very dependable and does a great cleaning job. We can put in dirty wash that may have mud on it and they come out lookin like new. The spin cycles leave clothes almost dry.

Don't Buy This Machine!
from Washington DC
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. It sucks. I have owned one for three years and I constantly have to manually drain it because it stops mid-cycle. I bought a water pump because I was draining it so frequently. It is not reliable and I wish I saw a review like this when I was shopping. Stay away!!!!
Well worth the price

I love this washing machine. I can fit a queen size comforter and 5 large bath towels into 1 load and that is great. I have 3 grandchildren in college and the use my house as their personal laundromat, so this machine really gets some use.
Good machine when it works

Bought the WFC7500FW model in December 2011, couple of weeks ago kept getting an error code of F6, which means it needs new motor, how come whirlpool can not make a machine that the motor lasts longer. Not happy at all.

This is the second compact Whirlpool washer and dryer we have purchased. It is the perfect size for our application and almost half the price of the nearest competitor's washer we could find.
I am very happy with my whirlpool washer.

I have been married for 56 years and have had many Whirlpool products. I have always been happy with my purchase. The last washer lasted for over 13 years.
Ratings Not True
from Upstate NY
We were shocked to read the ratings were set so low on this machine. It is all we need while camping (5 months). Convenient, keeps our laundry caught up and we have had no issues at all with this machine.
