We love our Mighty Mouse!

Comments about Whirlpool Piggyback Electric Washer/Dryer Combo - White on White:
We bought this appliance to save space in our tiny utility room and we have been more than satisfied with that decision. It has more features than our previous (Whirlpool) machines and it conserves water, too! There are four of us in our household, including an infant; yet this unit meets our needs and we aren't really doing any more loads than when we had a standard size washer/dryer.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This is the 2nd unit for us. Original purchased 12 years ago and never missed a beat. Worry that original was getting a bit "long in the tooth" promted us to purchase a new unit before the old one died at some inopportune time. Sure, it's a bit noisy but takes up very little space and does avdecent job as a no frills washer/dryer.

Have had this combo for about a month now and am very happy with it. It is much faster than my old separate appliances and takes up much less room as it fits in my bathroom instead of the cellar which means I don't have to lug laundry up and down the stairs.

Had the same model for about 20 years. finally the dryer quit drying. Because of the years of maintenace free service instead of calling for service I decided to buy another one.

This washer/dryer combo was a great decision. It has all the features I had been accustomed to on my separate washer and dryer, It is quitet, it fit nicely into to the proper space in my condo, and of course it does a great job of cleaning my clothes.
I bought it and it works great! Wonderful product!

Want to throw this out the window.

When my son was born, hubs and I decided to get an apartment with a washer/dryer or hookups instead of constantly losing baby socks in the communal laundry at our old apartment. We figured this would make our life so much easier and were excited to use our new unit. For starters, we can fit in one load: 3 baby towels, 2 full size adult towels, 3 adult wash cloths and 2 baby wash cloths. So we have to do a lot of loads of laundry. Which wouldn't be so bad except: it takes three drying cycles to make our clothes dry. And that is even for loads consisting of 3 onesies and a baby sheet. Tiny loads take forever to dry. We clean the lint trap as well as we can but we can't get to the LOTS of lint behind the weird fence behind the lint trap. The agitator in the washer has also fallen completely apart, leaving us with sharp, frayed edges ripping at our clothes. I hate this machine.

We replaced our existing unit with this model. It is exactly what we had before. The main reason that we bought the same model, is that the previous unit held up for fifteen years under the most adverse of conditions. We live on a horse farm/ equine veterinary clinic. The machine is located in the utility area of our horse barn. It had handled all our personal clothing as well as horse blankets and needs associated with the veterinary clinic for fifteen years with very few issues. I anticipate the replacement giving us the same service. Dependable, easy to service and long lasting.

I rented this machine to fit in my tiny washer/dryer alcove. It fits nicely in there with room to spare. Even so, the washer holds a lot more than I would expect. I was able to fit a large laundry bag of clothing in a single load. It does make quite a bit of noise however. It'd be nice if the dryer buzzer was programmable so I could dry clothes overnight or while I was out without being awakened or annoying others.
