Comments about Wolf 1.0 Cu. Ft. Built-In Microwave - Stainless Steel:

So far I have been using this to re-heat cold stuff out of the fridge and you don't see many reviews of these high end appliances so I thought I would write a few.

The Micro is really nice built real well and is powerful, but it really cooks stuff unevenly. You need to stir several times and it is so powerful the outsides of stuff will burn while the inside is still cold.

The drawer can only be closed using the close button and if you put it low in a cabinet, its hard to see what button to push, its not marked distinctively in red or differnt font, lettering text size nothing. Unlike a DVD you cant give it a little shove to close.

The display is large and backlit, but not very informative, just the time is displayed, you need to push the button again to see what power you have it set to.

The backlight is blinding at night and no way to turn it down, luckily ours does not shine into and area where you would be looking at night.

To adjust the power level you need to repeatedly push power, there is no way to direclty enter 40 or 30 or the like, and it ALWAYS needs to be adjusted down or things will boil or burn in seconds.

    • Personal
